For us Americans - school started around 6 weeks ago. I've been known to slump down in motivation at this mark, but his year I have Ruby! I'm so thankful this channel exists, my productivity is at an all time high right now. I'm officially beating my 6 week grade drop that has happened for the past 4 years (that i have documented)!! I honestly can't thank you enough.

When your desk is in front of your window, it's also in front of the heater and that will probaly block the heat. I have the same problem, so I just move my desk away from the heater in winter and put it in front of it in summer when it's off anyway.

friendly tip: you only need to pull the desk back 20-50 cm to let the warm air from the radiator circulate properly! So you can keep enjoying warming your feet on the radiator all winter. Well, that's what I use mine for anyway.

The desk being in front of the window is also bad for the eyes when you work on a screen

Gentle reminder that supermarket deliveries will be prioritised for elderly and vulnerable people. Just try and do a big shop every couple weeks to keep it as little as possible if you don’t won’t to go to the supermarket (I get it- I was shielding!) xx

Off topic, but book covers in GB are so pretty! In my country books are not nearly this beautiful, sometimes you can find nice looking book, but it is usually more expensive then. Love Britain's book covers.
