U could line that pan with aluminum foil then add the rack. That way no messy cleanup with icing. I would have put the lid back on for a few min after adding the icing.

Good vid! I just bought an Omnia with the heat gauge, rack and muffin ring after watching a boat camper using one in our San Juan Islands. I'll use mine on an Origo alcohol stove (not as hot as propane). Omnia is not inexpensive! I could build one, but decided the Swedes did it right!

I'd like to see an Ember in action!! let's see rough roads! All I ever see is a static or show room Ember. But there are hundreds of Black Series off road and in the wilderness boondocking.

I will be gettting my husband one of those Omni Ovens for xmas. He is the cook camping!!

It frankly worried me a bit about what was to come in your baking debut! The Omnia-made cinnamon rolls looked great -- what a great addition to breakfast or a fun snack at the campground -- and so easy!

I usually cook over the fire pit so I would love to see this demonstrated over a wood fire.

Would you recommend using this on a BlackStone? They looked great, nice job!
