I just watched Amagansett film a woman whose intention while backing up to straighten her wheels and then accelreate INTO him, and he just said, Ooops, your bad. He did spray her with some very weak sauce. This is what's happening in auditing and proves that it's all just clicks and views and they don't care about the law. This guy's mouth will prevent him from being successful. An attorney would have a field day in depositions with him.

That's hardly surprising since you could put 12 of them in a room and only find two functioning brain cells in the whole bunch. Let's face it, anyone pathetic enough to pick up a camera and go harass people at the post office or the DMV for up votes from a bunch of social misfits on KZread is not smart. Not even a little. They can read but clearly they can't comprehend what they've read. It's frustrating because they're SUCH creeps and look so dumb in these videos but they're so delusional they don't see it and I really wish they could. The post office has then posted in the building, it is not the rules on the wall it is getting staff and cops who may have been called to read them and the even harder part is understand the English language to interpret them correctly. Wow. That police officer almost took you out when you tried to show him how you were pushed without touching him. He was visibly threatened. Yet when you explained that is what actually happened to you it both officers, were like "whatever, were you hurt? Any bruises? ". If you actually pushed either of them in the same way. There is no professionalism. Those are the most unprofessional cops anywhere you try to report an assault. Both of them didn’t want to do anything they don’t have jurisdiction on that property and she can’t tell you not to go to the clerk and speak to them you can address any government agent. Any time is the right to redress grievances of any government body at any time she can’t tell you shit you should’ve been giving her the finger and you should sue them all for violating your rights.

I watched first amendments all of my life and everybody who touch someone's privacy is considered the most dangerous fact of violence "ASSAULT"!!!!!!!!!

The Female was pretty good until the end when she gives her permission to film as long as he didn't talk and stayed in the corner like a good dog. Then when questioned she refused to answer, got in her cruiser and ran. Good audit, calm, cool and collected. I think mentioning Poster 7 earlier might have cornered the "manager" and slowed her roll. However, this is an excellent job thank you for flexing our rights

Make a complaint. Maleficence in office, dereliction and refusing to uphold the law. When she asked you if you feel any pain you should have said that you wer4e feeling alarmed and distressed and you need a para medic.

Exactly what I was saying while I was watching that part. Use two cameras so you can show them. Not only that but you could go find a cop that will make the arrest. Go to the cop shop and ask to speak to a detective, you have all the evidence that you need. If you touched her........ you know they would get you!

Did they throw the new training memo away that they received in August of 2022??? They are supposed to call the postal inspector. Double quota hire cop. The contempt the cops have for us is terrible.

He claims he's trying to be professional, yet he's refusing to look at the evidence that you presented to show your activity is legitimate and showing obvious disdain for the auditor mere presence. That's not professionalism in the slightest! And that supervisor admitting you're allowed to be there yet she's the one who called 911 ... they're all a bunch of tyrants!

The female officer seems to be a pretty good cop. Those people should be proud to have her on the streets.

a member of the public speaks to another member of the public who is using their personal phone and utilising the camera built in comes up and starts a conversation asking what the person with a camera is doing, then say don't film me is where the stupidity line is crossed. Katie allowed no neck guy to record beside her, but continues to stand in front of a gentleman who is doing an investigation and asking him to stop recording. In this date and times we live in the Post Office staff have not read the rules and regulations regarding conduct in the Post Office, should be released from their contract of employment. Was that two phone calls to police? Who gave that officer strips makes you wonder exactly how he got them. The cops ain't listening, they always take the side of a business no investigation needed. The corp is now in dereliction of duty refusing to take an assault report. Cop she is a public servant he can ask any employee a question that is her JOB.

The ignorant female office offers direction in a situation where she has zero jurisdiction. The Post Office is a federal enclave. This means it's Federal Property and ONLY federal Police and authority to enforce laws andmake arrest. The Police actually violated federal Law by bring firearms into a Federal Property without permission. Only the Post Master general, the Sececetary of the USPS and Federal Police can give that permission.

The post office is a limited public forum, unlike a sidewalk (for example) which is a public forum. The Supreme Court has explicitly stated that publicly owned or operated property is not transformed into ’public forum’ property merely because the public is permitted to freely enter and leave the grounds at practically all times. In cases where the principal function of the property would be disrupted by expressive activity, such as aimlessly wondering around and acting like an insufferable asshole while recording with a camera phone, courts are particularly reluctant to hold that the government intended to designate a public forum.

You shouldn't have thanked them for doing their job. They DIDN'T. If you'd had contact with her in ANY manner, you'd have been in cuffs. The female cop totally blew off the inappropriate actions. Also, rather than wish them a nice day, wish 'em the day they "deserve".
