My dudes.......just be the best you that you can be; get in shape, clean up, be respectful to others, don't simp, and the right girl for you will be attracted to you! Other than that, don't be afraid to take risks, fail, and be rejected! Learn and grow!

I go in authentic. Doesn't always work but when it does it's real. I find most women appreciate someone comfortable with themselves. It helps them get comfortable too. If it's a no then a future of living a lie was avoided and each of you are afforded the opportunity to find someone closer to the mark. Even if you lose, you win.

Being socially awkward is a huge struggle for me! Especially in the gym. I always say I am a better “second impression” person lol once you get to know me I can crack anyone up and carry a good conversation. My dad and my brother are the same. We just make friends wherever we go. BUT in the gym I think it’s because it’s such a charged atmosphere. I’m in good shape and it’s still a strange place because of all the mirrors, testosterone and hater stares dudes give one another. Talk about lions on the savanna trying to compete. But for anyone socially awkward, just keep your confidence up and try to make eye contact with people and show you are sure of yourself. Most people will look away or smile back. Anyone else get gym anxiety?

I get what you mean on how some dudes give the hater stares. Hell even I do it sometimes because I think they're trying to provoke me or something. However, if you talk to them and break the ice, their attitude completely changes and you realize they're actually pretty chill dudes. Some of the best friends I made were the dudes who gave me the "death stare"

Yes most women are more attracted to men that other women seem attracted to, than to men who no one else seem attracted to. This is mostly true for alpha and beta persons though, the alphas are the ones who know how to be attractive and respected, and the betas are the ones who don't really know but try to emulate the alphas, while serving alphas. If you are a sigma loner, you should look for another sigma though. Also it is better to make women chase you than for you to chase them. If you are going to chase a woman, then only chase a specific, good, high quality woman who is already interested in you, don't be desperate but try to prove your worth to her in as natural and causal a way as possible, showing you might be open to the advances of other women as well, you should do things for her while pretending it doesn't cost you much as long as she shows you interest and respect, and as soon as she shows you the slightest disrespect you should stop doing favours for her, while keeping your calm like you don't care and you consider her not being worth your time. And you should ask her to do certain things for you, in the spirit of testing her to see whether she is worth your time, you should expect her to prove herself to you, and if she doesn't then stop wasting your time on her, and go after someone else. Always love yourself more, and never commit too fast, not until she is almost committed to you, rather let it come gradually. This is a good way to both avoid severe heartbreak from rejection and avoid toxic codependency. You should date in a flirty manner before committing, and date new people until you find someone among the women you are interested in who is also enough interested in you, before you step it up. So yes, going out with an attractive woman friend (while ensuring you are attractive as well) is a good way to make other women think you are perhaps dating, and that they might miss out on a good man if they don't hit on you, thus you will more easily get women to notice you.

Having been decluttering, redecorating, and cleaning my home the last several weeks, I can say it makes a huge difference just for oneself. I view myself as classy but playful and having a cluttered living space just didn't reflect who I am. And even if other people watching don't have the same self-image, I don't think anyone watching your videos on how to improve their fashion and style considers being a slob who they really are inside. It's also just a lot nicer to come home to a place that's tidy and well kept and once you do the initial rigorous cleaning/organizing, it's a lot less effort to maintain it.

On the topic of cracked hands and not liking the oily feel: I have 2 viable options. Option 1 is coconut oil cremes,, because they spread well and it doesn't have that lingering oily feel. You will smell like coconut (duh), so keep that in mind. Option 2 is O'Keefes working hands creme, because it dries a bit quicker than that coconut oil creme, but it's scentless and costs a bit more.

This is crucial because it separates her channel from the "Ashley Weston" stereotype which has been getting allot of flack for making all men look and dress the same as her husband. Instead she makes it imperative that you "dress like who you are" with your personality in mind. This opens many more options for guys that would think otherwise in the past. Great tips, great content, keep it up!

I got divorced in my middle 50's after thirty years of marriage. I finally start being active in the dating scene about a year later, believe me when I tell you dating life is entirely different when you are older. I asked a lady out once I knew but not that good so we go out and she actually had a list of questions for me! She wanted to know because since I was an older person I guess she thought of me having baggage. She wanted me to smile at her and also she wanted to feel my hair!! I couldn't believe it, she wanted to make sure I had all my teeth and none were false and to make sure I didn't wear a hair piece!! Then come the how many times have I been married and do I have kids or grandkids....blah blah blah.

Do yourself a favor, go ask 25 girls a day for there numbers. The exercise is to ask only the one you know are not into you. Ideally you want to be rejected, it will teach you confidence and you will most importantly not care what she thinks. It will all make sense when they start saying yes. Oh hit the gym and get a diet plan, plus work on yourself. Even better be single your true power is believing in yourself and developing yourself. 6month of this and the world opens up.🍻

What sucks is that I am that and more! Yet she had a big crush on a dude from her job, she even said she did know why it happen but I just believe the more I do my " Research" women don't care if you are too nice. More like be the alpha . I have come to this conclusion: They want all what she said but also like the men that are more rough around the edges. Because wen I met my wife I was that dude! Party guy, drinker, I was more bold and was more of a bad boy. Then she said She had all these standards like she would even look to married man, that she hated guys that drink or loser with mediocre jobs and guess what? .. exactly the guy she fell in love with was that guy! So after that , I was never the same , wanted and want to leave her still that was 4 years ago but still hurts, she did not really try to fix the let down if anything she became a religious person and that made our relationship even worst because now all is a sin . Sex got worst and we have drifted apart. She don't want me to leave but honestly I m heading that way, I'm 53 now and I don't want to live with someone that is not longer there for me. I'm the one dude women would like to find , good body, job, dress nice, smart but I realized that it was only when I was that asshole dude that women levitated more my way, some would say that no woman that look for a man like that is worth it but the women I had including my wife were not crazy sluts, I had all sorts but the ones that usually had long relationships were pretty down to earth, quiet and had goodorals so no I do believe women do like the asshole and regardless if they are gonna cheat they will,.no matter who you are . It may sound sad but I do like this guy Andrew Tate who I used to not like, but the more I listen to him I can see where I went wrong or maybe his point of view is so bold that sofar I asked a few women and the agreed he was kind of right. Anyway my journey continues.

One interesting thing about preferences is that in many cases they are just that, preferences, not an exclusive taste. I'm not a tall man, I'm short and there is nothing I can do about it, but there are a lot of aspects of myself that I can work on in order to become "the best version of myself" and because of those other things I had been with women that prefers taller guys, but opens an exception for me.

I talk with my hands also, always have. It feels like you can express yourself better. About the cologne you are right about not using too much. In daily life sometimes I run into guys or girls that smell like they’ve sprayed half the bottle on themselves. It’s overwhelming and noxious and makes my eyes water. Also it feels like it’s hard to breathe with all those volatile oils off-gassing. If somebody leaves an elevator and it still smells like them they’re wearing way too much. Most of the time one spray is all you need to give some fragrance without making people gag.

If I may add one insight with the understanding that women are different. I met my wife right after I was laid off from my job. I worked for the oil and gas industry and due to the economy, the entire company shut down. I found other work but I took a huge hit to my pay. When she came into my life, I basically didn’t know what to do. She was very interested and flirty and here I’m this broke (but working) guy and I didn’t think it would work out. I told her the truth and she didn’t pass me up or look the other way. When I asked her, why? She said that what attracted her to me was my gentleness.

Hey Courtney ... great vid, as usual. I was always a 5. I knew from the start I was never going to win on a "first sight" contest with other guys. Since I knew that statistically, I was never going to win most of my initial contacts, I decided not to sweat it when I lost. Instead, I decided to get really, REALLY great at sex. So I read all the Chinese pillow books, and Tantric methods. I subscribed, and spent a lot of money on subscriptions to sex advice sites(some were great, other dudes). I vowed to WOW any girl that fell into me web. This was how I compensated. I know, this seems unfair and superficial to many here, but I figure it's no more unfair than the way women treated me from the start. Anyway, this worked for me, but It takes someone who can get by the initial feeling of being rejected so brutally. AND, I must say, in the beginning, that was hard for me. I mean, I have feelings too, just like everyone, and it's no fun being rejected by so many until I could get to my first "lay." But, it got easier as my success rate increased. Anyway, great vid Courtney. You are a breathe of fresh air, and SO beautiful to boot ... God Bless You ...
