So true! I have gained about 8 pounds during COVID. My pre-COVID job was an extremely active one where exercise was part of the work. So, I didn't have to "formally" work out as much. Anyway, I'm getting back to form. But my point is, that even at 8 pounds above my "fightin' weight", I STILL look better than over 90% of American men my age. My intention is not to brag, it's to make a point. The US has a serious epidemic and it's not so much about exercise really. The problem is more due to diet and nutrition. I know people that work out HARD and are still chubby. EAT.MORE.PLANTS!!! The unrefined and unprocessed (or minimally processed) kind. It's that simple.

I totally agree because a guy should always be the one who is the leader in the relationship; and his girl should be constantly trying to keep his attention because he is on his purpose in life. The second a woman starts leading the relationship; it will end eventually.

I disagree, and I believe that that's an unhealthy way of looking at a relationship with someone you like or love. I've been independent long enough to be used to being single. If I'm in a relationship, it's because I want to be. And yeah, I'mma care about the health of the relationship and the happiness of my partner. But I'll be sure that I'm still getting what I want out of the relationship too. If I don't care enough about either my partner's happiness or my own, then I don't really need to be in a relationship. Reducing a relationship down to simply power dynamics is very naive. If one person or the other guides the relationship, that's fine, but when both people in a relationship are healthy adults with realistic expectations, you both come into it trying hard to make it work. In that case, both of y'all care.

5/6 isn’t bad for me. I’m 5’ 6” and have a lot of experience in the past decades. I’m in my 40s, single dad, and I’m still doing fine. I’ve always stayed in shape and take care of my appearance. For all you shorter guys like me, it’s exactly what Courtney says, it’s about your confidence only. All but two of my ladies of the past were taller than me. I like taller women, what can I say? I just don’t see myself as a short person, and if you don’t see yourself this way, then neither will women. It’s really is that simple. Walk talk, be confident.

I’m 5’ 8” and have dated several women taller than me. They were actually very insecure about being “too tall,” if you can believe it. Having said that, I struggled with women until I put on a decent amount of muscle mass. More than anything, women want a man who looks and acts masculine.

I’m 64 and enjoy doing the same activities I did when I was 19. Skiing , golfing ,hiking, biking.etc…I find it funny looking back what a scrawny looking kid I was back then. I see today’s youth out of shape drinking too much coffee , eating junk , wearing odd clothes . That was my generation too , were not so much different. Keep active and exercise doing something you enjoy . I remember good looking people losing their looks and health due to bad lifestyle choices.

Very long story short, my dear sweet wife passed going on 3 years ago, 2 Saturday's ago a mutual female friend of ours came up to me and said I had been on her heart for quite a while and that she had always been quite fond of me as well as my sweet wife. Last Saturday I invited her to have a coffee at a bakery w me and it was from the moment I picked her up in my car to the moment I dropped her back off the best time I have ever had w a woman. I told I very enjoyed our time together and she invited me to 3 different upcoming events. I don't know where this will go, but it's off to a incredible start. I've known this person for about 30 years and I already know I've fallen for her but will wait and see how things develop Lord willing. Thank you for all your advice. I followed it as best I could . Notice how guys never have these preferences for women. All we want is for our girlfriends to take care of themselves and stay in shape. Having a good face obviously helps, but as far as physical attraction goes, our requirements are usually within any woman's reach. Women have standards that 80% of men LITERALLY can't compete with.

Hello! Tall girl here! (Six foot) I used to care about height. "Absolutely not, I will never go for a guy shorter than me!" As time went on though, I met guys I liked that were shorter than me (not midget, they were at least touching my head lol), and I realized I didn't care as much anymore. I wouldn't exactly say this process occured because of lack of options, because I had tall options as well. Moreso I think I learned to find it endearing. TLDR: good guys aren't worth giving up just cuz they're a little shorter than me.

I agree with everything you say. I was in really good shape in college, and had a great time dating. Later on like so many guys, I let my body slip and starting getting a bit fat. Then a friend challenged me to get back in shape, and because I was reaching the age my dad died at, I took this challenge quite seriously. I've been quite serious about my workouts pretty much ever since, I've definitely gotten some very positive comments over the years, though honestly the main reason I stay in shape is I enjoy playing sports and I don't want to die young like my dad. Also, pretty much agree with what you said about height, although twice in my life I had very long relationships with large women, by large I don't mean fat, I mean one was on the college basketball team, and she ended up marrying a guy shorter than her, and a girl that was just big, neither of us married, but we are both still friends.

Just for the record: you are not going for the 'hearts of high value' women, you are going to their panties... BTW - and it is my own observation - you get the most attraction as a man if you are neither seeking, nor trying to avoid attraction but instead you do what you exactly laughed at: if you are simply focusing on your own shit, like work, school, sports. And if anyone asks you if there is any fuckable chick in that activity you can simply not answer that because you don't know it.

From the beginning of time women have been selective when it comes to the men they want to be with. ITs about resources. Money, appearance and good genes. both men and women are shallow, men are just honest about it and women want to appear not shallow (lies they tell themselves) but yes most women will be honest with each other. I don't fault them, because if they will mate with someone they definitely want a long term investment they dont want to be stuck with a deadbeat and someone who will give them sickly children. Why do you think Elon Musk has 10 children with 8 different women? Its not his personality that these women are attracted to.

I am a 40 year old male who has spent the majority of my life in sports and hanging with popular socially acquired crowds. I have always took care of myself health wise from 14 until current with clean eating and exercising. I used to be a very nice dressed, always very well groomed and styled especially when going out. All of that good jive lasted until I hit 31 or 32 then I turn the tables a bit. While still taking care of myself physically but not as religiously, I started focusing on my relationship, family and work. I quit the Abercrombie and slacks look and went to white tees and jeans, grew my beard and stash out more, stopped worrying about my hair styled as much and started getting tattoos around 34 and continue to do so while being more of a grease monkey and motorcycle enthusiasts in my spare time now and honestly, I have to say that I notice alot more females looking, talking to me and more even asking me if I'm single! Also, I do enjoy not having to worry about spending half a day on my looks anymore and more time with my family and my dogs lol! Point is in my personal experience, you don't have to be a Ken doll or male model to attract the average woman and a 10 female usually isn't the best choice for a relationship in my experience as well lol! There's so much more to life than craving attention guys and it's way too short anyways so enjoy it the best you can!!

As someone who was an athlete his entire younger life. I played, hockey, baseball, basketball, football, surfed and scuba dived. I lifted weights and was strong as an ox but I never had a quote unquote chiseled body. I was 6’8” tall and 250 pounds. I was very conscious of my attire. I put in the effort and was a gentleman but was always overlooked by women.

Courtney is right about these 6 things. You should be in shape as a man not neccesarily to get a girl but so you can feel comfortable in your own skin. We always have to be on our A game as men. Because when we are, it allows us to not accept bad treatment from women. Looks definitely get you in the door but your mindset and ability to provide for the girl will keep her around. I prefer the stubble/clean cut look for myself but i try to present my best self when i do start looking for a woman. Anyways be blessed everyone ♥️

And if we are comfortable in our own skin being a bit overweight thats ok too right? Because if is not then you'll say you'll never attract a woman that way to which your point of " not necessarily to get a girl" is total bullshit

My health is fortunartely superb, but I'm desperately trying to be with a good woman in the years I have left. You are helpful. -Can you eliminate the slight background music in your videos? Your words and voice are important. My hearing is good, but the background music is still a hindrance.

An important thing to keep in mind about the whitening toothpaste is that it can be very harmful for your teeth. A lot of those toothpastes use abrasives to polish your teeth up, but in turn they remove a small layer of enamel, which is going to be very bad in the long run. They make your teeth look white, but over time your enamel will be scraped away, leaving you with yellow teeth *forever*

You're right, I agree, but being healthy, fit physique wise, and just healthy does make one both mentally strong and confident. It has changed my own state of mind. I was obese, 270 pounds with a 47" mid section. Once I dropped to 190 pounds and got down to a 36" mid section. My mindset improved and treatment by others improved too. Everything matters.

Courtney, use the floss picks, they are so easy and get the back teeth better than floss. You will probably get hooked. Regarding white teeth, it is the enamel that makes teeth white, so use a toothpaste like pronamel from sensodyne and I have recently started to allow the toothpaste to sit in my mouth for about 10 minutes to allow the paste to absorb and not be wash away by mouth wash. I do brush the tongue, which I am hooked on. I also stated to use Oil of Olay regenerist anti aging face soap about 15 years ago, with my tight face from being in shape the glow from the face soap makes a difference. Stay well!
