As i make my own fireworks,i can appreciate how much time and effort goes into making them, especially the Arial ball shells...so next time you hold a fireworks in your hand just think it was made for your enjoyment a whole 5seconds of it, but it was well worth the hard work...as you can see thay have machines to make tubes,spike or wrap a shell but most of it is hand work,we have to do everything by hand that takes time. For example just to make a ball shell if your hand pasting it takes around there to four days as you have to let each layer dry to make a 4" ball shell,if you tape a ball shell it takes half hour.

@Bammer2001 The thing is you can live with 75 cents an hour in China, but not in US. A clean T-shirt will cost those villagers 1-2 dollars each, not 20 dollars in US. I think that is partly reason why US think RMB is undervalued.

Man that's a lot of excals. Did you see any brands aside from world class in production. I've been told that Big's pro shells are manufactured in the same place as excals. Also if you don't mind me asking, what company do you own. I heard you mention something about your products.

At the end the mortors that they're packing up look identical to my megabangers. Only difference is that they have picture description and warning on each mortor where as my exterminators are plain with a text description. Never would imagine that where they came from would look like that, as in a little countryside village.

The medium wage in chine manufacturing even if you work most of the day and dont go home for 4months the wage is 40-80dollars

cedric dato they aint that expensive here. These Chinese workers don't get paid out much. It's just that the firework stores in America sell em for A LOT

This is 6yr old but the powder next to them was clay for plugging the bottom of the tubes.

rozssy it makes the cardboard wrap arround the tube tightly so the power doesn't leak

It's because although America is supplying China with jobs due to its immense population and economic advantages, the government is not ready to inflate and increase wages. But these guys are not at the poverty line, are they?

Actually modern machinery is not best when making fireworks,

They get paid once a year through direct deposit

they probbably get paid 75c an hour

How much money do they make for just making those fireworks? If they're working for only 75 cents an hour, their clothes would be completely dirty and they wouldn't have some more. What I'm noticing is except those that are wearing aprons, I think all of the workers over there are clean. I don't understand.
