I'm sure it depends on what part of operation they are in.I agree its not a place to have a smoke since ignition of the powder will cause a explosion

i love it. The very first thing you see walking in the door is a guy smoking a cigarette. Apparently there they have no OSHA regulations to deal with over there.

If you're talking about the showroom, those are probably dummy's and don't actually contain any explosive material

There used to be this guy at my dad's campground, jim welch, who'd smoke while fixing the propane tank, or fix wiring on the dock up to his waist in water, or throw cigarettes in old gasoline. He's also say things like "I listen to both kinds of music, Country AND Western." He'd stay up til all hours drinking Canadian Club, and start again with beer in the morning. Great man.
