Fire, Cheese & Corsets: Stories from the Wembdon Road Cemetery 2021

An update video about some of the work we did this year to part of the cemetery. Includes stories of:
The Dunsford family and a terrible fire at the Bridgwater Mercury Offices
The Dyment family, cheese factors and bonnet makers
The Hickman family, chemists of Eastover
The Boulting family, solicitors, corset & dress makers
And William Storey, a pauper who died aged 20 in 1888.

    It's great your doing this work ,I used to go there as a kid bird nesting although there seems to be a lot of trees missing now,it seems more open not so much interesting tree cover dotted around. Why were the two buildings allowed to crumble into dust,was one a Chapel or something ,was that around the time we all started to give up on ourselves.keep up the good work.
