@@tere295 well not to this extent. His name wasn’t shouted during the juries. And he wouldn’t have won public when Joost would have been there. Israel would have won public ( sadly) and Nemo ( hopefully) would still have won.

Ignoring doesn't help much, does it? And that is such a bad manner and unacceptable behaviour. But that speaks for those who did it, doesn't it? He told the truth about what people behave like because of the way the world has become (and you contributed by saying: "Just ignore everyone!"). It's what actually happens more and more each day everywhere in the world and he found the greatest possible way of saying it out loud. I admire him. Finland was THE BEST on Eurovision 2023 and they still took its victory away!! Whoever involved in that: you do NOT know how to live!! Let them be and just Cha Cha Cha!!!

The hosts' faces say it all. They absolutely knew who was going to win, and they knew it before a single jury had even submitted their points. They feel very uncomfortable, having to stand there as the faces and representatives of a fraudulent organization. And the same happened this year. The juries paved the way to victory for Switzerland. It's not about who has the the most popular song anymore, it's about who EBU thinks is the most "suitable" winner. And Loreen had her fucking microphone back on long before the winner was announced. She probably knew when she agreed to compete in Melodifestivalen that she would win the entire thing. 😄

I knew everyone would cheer for Kaarija (even my pals in a Discord stream during the Grand Final were rooting for him), but now this is what I call a real "the public choosing their champion" moment in Eurovision. My dear congratulations to Loreen, but yeah, I still would have loved Kaarija to win.

as a Finn, this is so surreal but also so heartwarming. ESC 2023 was one of the best events ever for me, watching käärijä get huge and everyone sing along was incredible. and anyways, turns out it was good we didn't have to host!

To this day this is such an atrocity. Fuck the music industry.

1 year after, everyone rememebers Cha Cha Cha as the memorable and winner song, regardless what happened on the scoreboard.

In all my years in watching Eurovision I have NEVER seen anything like this!!!! It was a travesty he didn’t win.

In terms of production. This was a failure of the audio team to manage the background noise of the microphones and the directors for not adapting to the situation. The long protracted nature of the program allowed for these silent voids for the crowd to fill.

Seeing them standing there like senior citizens trying to quiet down kids having fun at a playground was pathetic.

Käärijä was the real winner

Jury did it again this year, they gave all votes for one like last year. I don´t get it because Tattoo wasn´t that much better than like... any other song last year. It was so boring and mediocre and there were MANY who deserves more points. Nemo was way better tho, and I´m not mad about it winning but not that big. If this is the way jury voting is going to - It should be peoples choice who wins, not jurys. 158 people have too much power in voting and it should chance. It has to if they want to keep ESC interesting.

I agree, at least Nemo's song was extremely creative and the vocals were top notch. Same thing can't be said about Sweden 2023 because there were MUCH better vocals, creative songs and stage designs etc

I ment that hostess and host mustask audience to stop shouting.

what if, people who have already won eurovision once, wouldn't be allowed to enter a second time? ^^ let other people shine ^^ I'm pretty sure sweden has a ton of talented singers who could've participated. I know, it was the public who voted for her to be in eurovision 2023 but she could've, you know, not be part of it ^^ Am i still pissed? Pffft no. Absolutely not ^^
