The languages are really close actually. Kinda like how the slavic languages and the romance languages are similar and everyone can mostly understand each other. Finnish and estonian are like that, but only 2 languages, not a whole language branch. Latvian and lithuanian are also very similar to each other

I love the aunt-nephew relationship between Mimicat and Luke. Mimicat and Zarra seem like the coolest aunts. Alessandra is a sister/cousin you can always have fun with and who will protect you at all costs. Bojan and Luke are the male equivalents. Gustaph and the singer from Lord of the Lost (sorry dont know the name) are the dope uncles. On a side note, I really hope to hear some collabs between this year's artists. I always wonder why there are so few seeing how true friendships are usually formed during the show season.

Mimicat even did a cover of her song at first, did you know? Maybe Loreen didn't rise to her expectations 🤷 it is odd that she got along with *everyone else*. Also, they're adults, no one is forced to get along with anyone lol

My guy/gal/non binary pal you are sounding absolutely pretentious 😭 i was trying to explain things from a social dynamic point (new acts, mostly rookies, no former winner, most experiencing Eurovision for the first time, all of this helping form a sense of we're all in this together "vs" a previous winner, someone whose presence is well established, someone who already knows how everything goes) but you are clearly too in love with Loreen to try and see things from my point. And that's fine, agree to disagree. Go stream her song & go to her shows & support her. But careful of the way how you speak to people cause yikes is it obnoxious. Have a good one 😎

I think it's because they're not in the semis, so the big 5 are not really involved that much before the finals. Obviously they can hang out and whatever anyway, but the competition starts much later for them than for the rest of the contestants.

This is what Eurovision is supposed to stand for. So many artists united by music - hugs, singing and dancing along or backstage together, supporting each other - it’s so wholesome.

So beautiful to see, La Zara and Mimicat should make a collab

It's normal to be disappointed when a corny boring song wins. Most countries are committed to make special and meaningful songs, but the Sweden only makes commercial songs in English

very sad moments for Käärijä. But if we love Eurovision it is also for this and for these moments of solidarity and friendship throughout Europe. The support that was given to Käärijä after the defeat is applause. Congratulations to Bojan, to all the other Joker Out, but also to Alika, the Tvorchi and all the others who consoled him in such a difficult moment. Friendships are always everything regardless of the competition, it's always good to remember that. You can also lose, but doing it with people so close is another thing.
