It's funny, I actually asked zhc to buy the flash and supes piece few years ago (way before I found this channel), but the way he replied made me think he either didn't want to sell them or he didn't take my offer seriously. Kinda cool that you chose these for a series out of all zhc's drawings...I approve 😎👍

As for his reply, it wasn't negative or anything, I think he just didn't want to let the originals go...but at the time, I would've just taken prints if he was willing. Either way, thanks for continuing the series. Batman looks awesome...can't wait for the others 😎👍 Also, have you considered doing a video showing your old sketchbooks?

This was a project that I wish that he finished. You did an amazing job!!!!! Also, looks like Lorenz is that age where he’s not quite a baby, he’s just a really cool, really tiny, little friend... who doesn’t want to sleep. And definitely continue this!!! You did great!

I think ZHC started a few projects that he never got around to finishing. He always seemed like he was looking for the next big idea which is not a bad thing. You did a great job with Batman and continuing where ZHC left off. This video in indicative of the void you are filling after ZHC stopped doing comic art. As always, great work and thanks for posting!

@@Dr.RockeART I will try actually what you need to correct is the edges of the body sometimes make them sharp sometimes smooth because if you ever notice in zhc’s drawings you will see that he is not always sharp with the edges and I hope that he surely reviews it and sorry for that first time i commented on your videos in an angry manner and I feel very sorry for that ☹️🥺🥺☹️

As far as I can tell, you are really good at hatching / crosshatching. Sometimes you render a bit too much for my taste, but that's totally subjective. :) There is just one thing that I never understood: when you are rendering small stuff like veins, why do you take the Fude? It just ends up looking like big dots. Wouldn't it look better if you took a fine liner instead, maybe even flicking it a bit? Have you tried that? I imagine that it might look better for those small details. (But I'm just a beginner, so this suggestion might be totally stupid, and I never tried it myself...)
