God bless you brother, for your faithful preaching of the Word!
In today staying on the right path despite all temptations .
I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. I know that I am a day late in posting this and I apologize for it. Yesterday was November 3, 2019. It was All Saints' Sunday. In the last year, my church had two members who entered the Church Triumphant and another former member who moved to Stone Mountain, GA after her marriage, but never forgot her roots, often returning to her home church at Christmas, Easter, Homecoming and other times. She was laid to rest in our cemetery. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 was read at a dedication for those three. And may we all give thanks for all of those who have gone before us.
I wonder how many people have had their bibles or web pages open to this passage while pulling the trigger. Kinda sad really.
