Pivot as a mullet and with a 38 fork
Any advise for my new bike? Bought size M normally trail blue and some black. My last bike a kona 153 dl 2021. Santa Cruz Heckler S MX or 29' 2023 Price 5.343,65 € (online) Vs Marin Alpine Trail E2 2023 5.199,00 € (shop)
Great review. I'm going to take the Pivot AM and I'm between 5'9'' - 5'10'' tall with a inseam length of 2'8''... and question is.... M or L? Thanks a lot!

Hi there, thanks for your message! Glad you liked the review. You could ride both sizes. Either upsize a medium or shrink a large. I'm 5ft 11 and the Large fits me comfortably, I just need to fit a shorter stem as I was stretching a little bit. Pivot sizing is very similar to other brands so if you've run new geometry bikes in the past you'll likely be the same size. I would maybe sway towards a medium for more of a playful, compact set up but there's really no right or wrong answer. I can guarantee you'll love the bike though - ENJOY!

I have a shorter inseam but similar height at 5'10". I've been riding the AM in M and absolutely loving the fit so far

Great review! I haven’t had a e Mtb yet! Looks like fun! Just surprised how heavy they are compared to normal mtbs! I guess the gap in weight is getting closer with SL model e-bikes! Also how many miles / kms can you put on the motors before you have reliability issues? thanks 😊
