Pivot Shuttle LT -Is more travel better?
Спорт
I review the Pivot shuttle LT E-mountain bike. I have previously reviewed the normal shuttle but am keen to see if I enjoy the long travel version more.

I think what I love the most about your channel is the no bullshit approach to things. You call out what you do and don’t like which is refreshing.

I try very hard to be fair. It is always a balancing act.

They have had some really good deals on them here this week.
I have one and love it! A stiff coil works really well.

Would be interesting to try a coil on it.😃
Great review Lance , great to see the bike sent to you for reviewing from Pivot.

Very cool bike but probably too expensive for me.

Very cool bike. I am sure you will have lots of fun in Colorado. Can you ride it on all the trails there?
Nice review. Bike seemed to handle well for you given the short time you had it.
Woah! Is that a giant mud slide? We seem to have similar body geometry, 175 & 70Kg +/- 😊 Great video & review thanks!

Some people have suggested I might want to check my scales🙄
Looks like a great bike, I love to know the cost for this. Thanks for the great review Lance.

I believe $26000. You might get a discount if you get one for the Mrs at the same time.😁

@@bestdayevermtb2 oh wow, will need deep pockets for that purchase. Not sure if the Mrs be to impressed if I came home with a couple of those 🤔. Been looking at the Whyte e180 for a possible upgrade, are you able to review one of these one day maybe ?
@bestdayevermtb2

@chrismartin9779 funny you should say that as next week's video is the e180.
Loved it Lance! So how would You compare those fancy virtual-pivot suspended bikes to relatively simple KTM straight line link suspension?
@bestdayevermtb2
Жыл бұрын
Good question. I thought the suspension on the Pivot was very good but in all honesty so is the KTM. My Zerode is a very simple pivot but always thought the suspension was great on that bike. Saying that the Zerode had special reasons for that.
Great review Lance ,fantastic bike too . Could you please give Steve Os scales ⚖️ back please 🙏 70kgs ffs 🤦🏻♂️

I'm pleased that Dan from Pivot got in touch with you. I had suggested you to Review the bike after I was having a demo on the Pivot Shuttle SL..

Must admit I have not tried the Yeti so can't really comment as to what they ride like. Both really nice bikes though.

Now that would be nice. Have no idea how to get my hands on one of those. Not seen one at all in NZ
Certainky seems to jump well but I don't think that it actually hangs in thge air as long as your bike does

I do love the way my bike feels in the air. I guess I am very used to it.
Would you pick the piviot or the santa cruz bullet 🤔 Honest answer please lol.
@bestdayevermtb2
Жыл бұрын
Tough one but I think the Pivot. The Santa Cruz maybe better value for money. Can't believe I would ever say that sentence. I think the Pivot looks better and felt a bit lighter.
could you review one of the real fancy s works bikes?
@bestdayevermtb2
Жыл бұрын
Would love to, but can only review bikes I can get access to.
"Mostly I win" 😂
That's a bike park bike, for bike park riders 😁

Not sure I agree with that statement. I think the bike would be great for all types of riding. 😁
lance curious how tall you are?

176cm but getting shorter.😂
Title could be....is a 26k bike worth it. Wowsa that's expensive. But love your videos though. It's just alot of coin
@bestdayevermtb2
Жыл бұрын
You are correct. That title is much more click bait like. I didn't want the video to be all about the price. You either have lots of money and love the bike or you don't. If you are looking for value for money you get a Trek or Whyte.
$26000 wtf 😳
