I remember the mcdo crispy chicken sandwich was my go to because it was only 50 pesos before with ACTUAL CHICKEN and the chicken size was bigggg but the chicken sandwich now is no where near from the chicken sandwich before😭😭😭

You should try Army Navy's Chipotle chicken sandwich and Popeyes chicken sandwich, my husband is a chicken sandwich addict and aside from kfc and jollibee, those are his go-tos.

@@wonky6983 Of course. Burger Machine is only the price. But it is the only "chickenburger" some people can afford really. It was an addition in terms of nostaliga and in terms of inclusiveness :D

I live in the US and it's always nice to see stuff in the Philippines since I have some family there. I find it interesting that the Jollibee sandwich and the KFC one are a little different here in the US. For the Jollibee one there is pickle and no honey mustard sauce. It's just a really good spicy sauce. The KFC one here doesn't have any veggies except for pickle and the sauce is a spicy aoli. Love knowing new things! Love your channel!

The ones in the Jollibee chickenwich ad are not pickles. They are jalapeno slices if you get the spicy variant.

you should do a part 2! There's a lot of good chicken burgers here in Manila aside from this 4. You can do a chicken burger from local restaurants. Thigh Joint has a great selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches.

Dang how old is this video? I’ve been in the PH the past year and the Dokito has been 85PHP+ at almost every Andok’s we’ve seen, north to south. The spicy Dokito is where it’s at though, the garlic mayo slaps, way tastier than the regular with honey mustard. Watching this video right now eating a Chickenwich here in Batangas!

You should have gotten burger king's Chicken King instead. The one you got is a cheaper fillet version that is comparable to McDo's crispy chicken sandwich

The one you tried from Jollibee is not Chick'nwich. It's Chicken Sandwich Supreme. The ad you showed is correct because Chick'nwich has indeed pickles on it. However, Chickn'wich is already phased-out. They switched the name to Chicken Sandwich and eventually to Chicken Sandwich Supreme then they removed the pickles. Hope this answered your question. 😊

Very interesting. Never knew a debate on which has the best chickenwich would come to the Philippines. By the looks and the price, I'd go for KFC though, but in the Philippines, you can never go wrong with jollibee. Fun fact, here in California there's a debate also on who has the best chicken sandwich, Popeye's and Chic-Fil-A. If you do happen to go to California, Jessica, it's worth a try and definitely either one of them you won't get wrong.

Maybe you would like to try a shawarma/kebab/biryani review next time. My suggestions are Meshwe (Fairview), Shawarma Snack Center (Malate), Bherouz (QC multiple branches), Hassans (QC multiple branches and Mr Kebab (QC multiple branches).

Did you know Jollibee use to have chicken bbq I hope they bring it back because it's really delicious, Koreans also like it. I hope Jollibee brings it back. I think I was 10 or 12 years old when they released the chicken bbq.

I always buy the Dokito Burger in Andok's but the chicken is no where like that. It's much bigger than that and you can ask to exchange the honey mustard to mayo (I don't like mustard too), since the Spicy Dokito Burger has the mayo sauce.

You need to get S&R Chicken Sandwich in the next video. Like pleaseeeee! I thought Jollibee's Chickenwich was the best until I tried S&R's. IT'S THE BOMB.

honestly talaga as a korean american been exposed to chicken sandwich early, the best chicken sandwich i had was in koreas chicken chain, Moms touch. that was everything done right crispy juicy seasoned chicken pickles sauce cheese slice

Burger King in PH recently launched their "Chicken King" visually similar to chickenwich of J'bee plus tomato and lettuce ... For me, KFC has a better chicken sandwich compare to Andoks. But spicy Dokito is still comparable but way cheaper. I eat both from time to time. I'm not thinking of trying Jollibees because many have mentioned it has a lot of breading.

Pan de sal as the name says the original ones is actually not sweet, like the ones in Jaro, Iloilo Panderia de Paa which dates back to 1890's.

I actually prefer Andoks because of the overloaded honey mustard sauce. I always request for extra sauce with mine 😅

Andoks chicken tastes similar to jollibee but its not better in terms of flavor but the texture of the chicken is better, i think its deboned chicken thighs plus its cheaper so Andoks Dokito burger wins for me.

In our area, the andok's dokito burger is what you see is what you get
