Someone please tell Joe that some whipped egg yolks is the LEAST of his worries while eating fried potatoes, fried beef, BACON and fried cheese curds times FOUR in one day. 😂

I found one of their NYC videos and have been binging them! I loved their other show comparing US and UK foods but this series is fantastic ❤❤
These videos are fantastic. Keep ‘em coming!
This will sound strange, but I’m from the south so bear with me lol. When I moved to NYC, the first thing I noticed was how crispy the bacon is EVERYWHERE. And I mean that in the best possible way, like the bacon on these burgers looked so good. I’m not used to that, because for over 30 years, I’ve grown used to never getting decent bacon when I went out to eat. Didn’t matter if it was on a burger, on a breakfast platter, a bacon biscuit, etc. Restaurants just don’t know how to make bacon properly through a lot of the US for some reason. But in NYC, everywhere I’ve had it was perfect, and I didn’t even have to ask. In the south, you have to BEG them for crispy bacon, and it will still come out half done most of the time.
I've lived in London and New York and whilst you'd think NY would beat it hands down because burgers are American somehow London does them better. I think it's because it's not a part of their ingrained culture so they experiment more with combos and flavors, and I agree the meat heritage in the UK is also much better too
really enjoying these food tours!!!!!
Love these two together, such a vibe!!!
Great selection and I'd love to see a feature just on The Long Island Bar. The Long Island Bar bacon is really interesting. And I can see Harry smuggling in some american style bacon pocket meat, ranch, and getting his favorite pub to add fried cheese curds to the menu.

@@tarachristie933 Interesting, in the US I typically find it by the cured meats. I was wondering if there was a specific brand, company, and/or supplier The Long Island Bar uses as there are noticeable differences between one unit to the next for some pancetta products I've found.

We have deviled eggs in my country too but we go the extra mile and mix the yolk with chicken pate, sour cream or butter and mustard. After the egg whites have been stuffed, we put the eggs with the yolk down and cover them in mayonnaise, the homemade kind. Very popular dish around Christmas, Easter and New Year's.

Iv had some delicious, juicy, flavourful burgers in UK. But Iv also had some heavy, dry, boring burgers in uk. I live in Somerset and I went to a quiet pub the other week and had an amazing burger with crispy fries. So it all depends where you go in UK.
These conversations good deep into the philosophical. Along with forensic analysis of each dish. It's hard to keep up guys my head was spinning.
