There is a chance that Chris has non-celiac gluten sensitivity, seeing how diarrhea is a symptom of a leaky gut. The prevalence of this condition has increased 100 fold over the last 50 years because the species of wheat that we eat today is vastly different than what our ancestors ate. I agree that a gluten free diet isn't necessarily healthier, but you also don't need to have celiac to benefit from it.

Why are they so surprised he weighs the same? You can eat literally anything you want and as long as he only eats his tdee then he won’t gain weight. Like I could eat 3400 calories of only pasta and it would do the same to me as eating my normal diet (what you actually mess with is the macronutrients which probably isn’t an issue for Chris since he doesn’t workout so it’s not hugely important if he’s low on some for a day)

He definitely does workout, even mentioning it in this podcast. But yes he would prefer the low cost to a better workout

Mason Smalley dude he literally said he hadn’t been working out in the podcast and I meant more lifting than anything tbh which Chris clearly doesn’t do, or at least doesn’t lift for muscle gain (not that it’s a bad thing, just trying to say if for example Blaine who does lift for muscle growth did this he would suffer far more than somebody like Chris)

He said recently he hasn't been able to as much. And on multiple prior podcast they mention how blaine got Chris interested in working out and how he has seen great results and is in great shape. Yes he isn't blaine but he does have good structure and definiton

There's already way more than for people in the podcast crew they don't need to replace Burnie
