Lovely yarn. For the Caribbean blue, I think that color works very well with emerald green.

Oooo yes it does! Emerald green was a color I had a TON of leftovers of recently as well. :D

Very pretty. I cleaned used up (almost) all by dye stocks last week. Found one jar where most of the water had evaporated, leaving a glob of gunk behind.

I have some "slop buckets" of leftover dyes that I rinsed off while making various stocks I need to use. I'm super excited for those mystery colors.

I know it's almost expected, considering that you tend to have more dye-stocks of your more commonly used colors, but what a classic Rebecca blurple colorway! I really like the LNDB because sometimes it's an unexpected combination, and sometimes it's a comforting blend of familiar.

At one point I had so much emerald and royal purple - colors that look awesome together... but I didn't want to repeat the same colors over and over. The only color I have left from this batch was carribbean blue. I have soem newer stocks now, but those are mostly primaries which are super easy to use up for projects! I find myself doign more - measuring 1 g dye and dissolving it multiple times vs making stocks out of laziness these days. And not wanting leftovers!

If you were a big indie dyer doing lots of the same colour ways swatches would make sense - but you’re not. Your colour way reminds me of your logo. There’s a vine on my walk that has that intense blurple with purple pink mid- ridges. It fades to a beautiful pink when older. It’s called the purple potato vine and google photos don’t do it justice.

Sometimes I think about all the things I could do if there were two of me! :D Maybe someday I can add someone to the team.

Could you dye yarn with the pink that had crashed out of solution? Or is it unusable at that point? Asking for a "friend" who has a bunch of dye stock to use up. (It's me. The "friend" is me.)

You can, but I'm not sure if it would crock and rub off on your hands. I have a video where there was a lot of pink at the bottom of a bottle and I used a lot of it on yarn and it gave a nice pink, but if there was some left in this video, I didn't know how much pigment it really was and so didn't use it all.
