Saturdays are our busiest days with our current work and I will not be able to pursue The Sound Farmer Podcast on Saturdays. I hope to be able to still do it at a different time.

Since title #42 has ended I have been watching hundreds of thousands cross the border and are on US soil. And then someone like you trying to enter the legal way gets delayed. Just is not right. Have a wonderful summer.

Yes, it is ridiculous. I watched some live streamers down at the border and they would not let them video on the American side so they went across the border and filmed from Mexico! People were just walking across the border like crazy.

There are no illegal routes to become a US citizen; one can be in the US illegally but becoming a US citizen always has to follow a legal route. Individuals who are here illegally are being deported.

It is exciting that you have some progress. Your family and successful objectives are in my prayers, that these will be as smooth and appropriately timed as possible from this point on. Getting permissions and visa paperwork to change national residencies is such a frustrating process. My minor experience of changing from a regular United States citizenship, to a citizen of state of Texas, (which is technically it own Nation State), so that I could go to school there at a cheaper rate (than what it cost as a mere resident), was bad enough. I can't begin to adequately appreciate how maddening it must be, though I can appreciate that I can't begin to appreciate it, as opposed to assuming with ignorance.

It’s understandable that you won’t be able to film there at the conference center. Hopefully, you may be able to take a day trip and film that? I’m happy that you have a date for an interview, that is progress! I appreciate that you are committed to keep your health intact and not cave to the pressure. We love and appreciate you! I can’t wait until you are here on US soil, but I’m sure you know it is no panacea.

Praying so much for you 🙏🏻. I’m American and my husband is Swedish it’s been very difficult for me to move to Sweden. It took 18 months for Migrationsverket to review my application. I have an interview in October. I truly believe it will take a total of two years once it’s approved. It’s a nightmare but I’m praying everything works out for you.

It took my son in law 2 years to go through the visa process also. Don't loose heart! Covid really slowed up everything in government and it's taking a long time for them to expand again.

May God grant you the grace to persevere and survive the outrageous ordeal ahead of you. *How tragic AND insane that you have to leave your own native country just to be able to do the back-breaking, hard work of farming.* Our world is upside down. I don't really have a native country. I have lived in 3 different countries and do not feel native to either of them. My wife and kids are Americans and we want to live there and we want to farm.

So sorry this process has been so long and difficult.

This is crazy that it is taking so much time to get Simeon's Visa! People seem to walk across the southern border from Mexico with no problem. Alex, you are a US Citizen!! It should be no problem getting a visa for your husband and children to enter permanently. Who should I call? lol

There's a couple doctors in McAllen,TX that can give you the paperwork without actually getting the experiment. I assume there are many others. Just an FYI.

i am sorry you are going tru all this , it s crazy with all the immigrants just walking over from the southern borders into california and arizona , but there has been a lot of changes I know a couple on green cards living in the US for years and have been waiting for their renewala for almost 2 years now it is concerning when it used to take only a few weeks :(

Still praying for all issues to be resolved soon. Question-- have you thought to move to the Alpena & the Roger city area of Michigan? Low costs, more freedom & near the Great Lakes. Thinking it will be like your home in Sweden. 🤔

Always keep the old door open when you can, it makes it easier for travelling. I am Australian citizen but I kept my UK (Shetland isle) as well.

Actually, all you have to do is fly to Ensenada Mexico, walk across the border, tell the American authorities that the mean old people in Austria were trying to hurt you and they will let you in. It is sick that our system is so broken, that we make law abiding people jump through hoops while we also let masses of people cross our southern boarder with practically no resistance.

I am so sorry for the frustrating process you've faced. Hopefully God will keep the process moving forward smoothly. It's frustrating how illegal immigrants get preferred treatment. Continued prayers. E will see you when we see you. Have a blessed summer.

Maybe there are no vacancies for fundamentalist Christians in the US as they have a sufficient supply of the home grown version.

It is a shame you have to go through this since we now have an open southerner boarder and have let in over 5 million people. I will pray for you all
