Congrats on the 10 Kyle!! Nice work. I have a semi truck making 43 psi of boost and 700hp. I had issues with it blowing off the boots also. I used a bit of Dawn dish soap on the inside of the hoses, they go on easier and when it dries it sticks pretty good. I haven't had a boot blow off since!

congrats. told yah the slicks will make a world of a difference. now to make a confirmed second pass then we can truly call it a 10sec car. also get a whitfield roll cage and weld it in yourself!

Stay in it through the traps so your trap speed is more accurate. I also love that your solution to every low power related issue fucking with the tune, like for some reason the tune just makes less power all of sudden. lmao

Does that pipe have a bead around the edge for the clamp to tighten behind? I had a problem with a coupler popping off because I cut the pipe and never rolled or welded on a bead and once I did it was gold. There's a ton of ways to make a bead for the coupler to tighten up to. I've used jb weld, welded, rolled with bead roller and even just cut slits and bent up the edges. If you have a bead already it's probably the coupler being to big for the pipe in which case use a pipe expander on it to get a tighter fit.

Okey kids to don't be a dumb fuck and spay half a bottle. 1-2 sprays is more then enough to do the job with no side effect other then it may be harder to separate. The stock pcv system will gunk up the intake pipe much much more.

Mustlehard is has 2 separate motors, one powering the back wheels and another controlling the front, he has computer setups in the cabin to cut power to either or, as well as dual shifters. That thing runs mid to low 9s pretty often, but overall a very inconsistent car

Those kind of numbers are unrealistic using stock sleeves, but the H22 is deff able to produce that kind of power though. i think kyle thinks its pointless to increse the HP anymore because the car is so light it wont be able to put the power to the pavement anyway. I dont think this is the case myself, i think more HP means faster times, as long as he could get it to hook in first and second using boost by gear and finding the right rpms to launch at.

Considering hes got a basically stock flowing engine Just stronger rods pistons and valve springs with no aftermarket cam or massive port work hes making good power, could get a cam and a bit of head work to improve flow a tone and make more power at less boost and a better torque curve Even the intake manifold is basically stock i believe

Great vid, that Twindub was something else. I am going to make a kinda replica of the Red Hatch for the racing game, Assetto Corsa. I can use the EK9 mod, close enough as, with 650-700whp, I don't think it will matter. I will model a rep of the motor using the game, Automation. I will use the torque curve and put it into AC. Then I will write a turbo for it. Can't wait. Keep this channel going I'm loving it! Peace
