Hey Dan. When I had my 600 mile service completed, the Cruise issue was corrected. Didn't tell me what they did, but it has worked flawlessly ever since. /shrug. Good video mate!

Hello, the cruise control issue and the wire for the grips would be very annoying.....Apparently all the GSX's have the issue, I was watching another video , would post the link but have watched so many videos on the GSX and it was a couple months ago, but another new owner basically said the cruise control doesn't work, and will be taking it back to the dealer....I've had a deposit down on one since last October, saw one for the first time in real life at the suzuki trailer at circuit of the americas motogt races in Texas...They had it on static display, no test rides....Please let us know w hat Suzuki sez about the cruise issue and congrats on the new bike, sounds like you really like it aside from those 2 issues....

I love it tbh, the wiring for the grips is a bit annoying but I’ll stick with them as the heat is incredible……. I’ve done a video today about the CC and this will be going live by Wednesday I hope

I’ve just bought the same bike ,cruse control works at any speed on mine ,Suzuki needs to fix yours ,as it is definitely a fault

cruse control has no place on bikes , they should take that crap off use your brain instead

There is issues with the panniers at the moment Got this bilke since april, 4000 km on the odo and my dealership is still missing the locks to go with the panniers. I have no issues with the cruse control thank god but I do have an issue with a clicking noise that may be caused by the timing chain tensioner that will be changed asap

It’s a shame that Suzuki can’t seem to ship the bike with everything attached and fitted, definitely get that ticking noise looked at

I get mine on Thursday and wont be happy at all, if that is how the cruise control works. That is no good to anyone and must be the only system, you have to put in to standby before you can use it on any vehicle or motorcycle i have ever had. Anyone else had the same issue on their GT that you know Dan? And may i ask is that the EvoTech quad lock phone mount?

I’m going out again today to try the cruise control again……. It’s direct from quad lock with vibration dampener which is a must as I had to have iPhone camera replaced £70

Not being able to turn the system on while moving might be some kind of safety feature the way other manufacturers don't allow traction control settings to change while the bike is moving. Perhaps it's meant to keep you from unintentionally setting a speed while riding. If I remember correctly, the argument against cruise on motorcycles has been that inattentive riding is much more dangerous on a motorcycle, and cruise contributes to inattentive riding.

@@TheCdubbleyoo I don't think that is true...I have a yamaha tracer with cruise control and it works just like a car cruise control system, stays off until i want to turn it on at speed.....

So, is there no separate CC arm button (standby) button? Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on it this weekend (I've to drive 4 hours to do it...no loaners in the US. We have to wait for rare demo events and big motorcycle festivals.
