Hard to make complex high-tech metal-rich machinery cheap. It's just a couple of phones if you come to think of it. The question is, whether it can really do all that well enough, and how long it will hold up.

Love Timp in the background.
I have a gate between my front yard and backyard. Would I have to keep my gate open at all times, or how could I schedule the front yard to be mowed at a time when I would be here to open the gate? Also, how does this machine navigate under tight areas like picnic tables, I’ve got 2. Razor blade replacements? How much of a hassle is that?

Only like 1/4 the cost of my john deere tractor :) If it doesnt have one, tell the makers to add a striping feature, and a feature in the ap that lets you drraw and program striping :)
100% has my interest. I've got a big property and have to invest several hours every couple of days to cut my grass BEFORE I can get to the real projects. This would buy me so much time and freedom. How often do you need to replace those blades and what's the policy on returning if not satisfied? Would love to see one demoed in person.

No information on how to set up the mowing pattern. With the other products you simply run the course that you want the mower to follow once at the beginning and it will repeat the pattern that you have chosen. How do you program this one or do you outline the area and then it randomly cuts within that area?

It's a cool system
for some people the snow blower feature that works all night may be worth it.. Lots cheaper than installing, 1 repair or a seasons utility bills for a heated driveway. how loud is it? will cities start to ban machines like this operation at night? IF you had an electric gate could it open that? and will it interface with the sprinkler controller or some moisture sensor on the grass so it knows when best to mow? Does it know to watch the weather forecast to know to wait for the sun to dry up the morning dew or last nights sprinkle or watering? they are using similar machines in Ukraine to place mines or haul large charges to a enemies position and detonate.
@PestandLawnGinja
Ай бұрын
It's not quiet haha, i couldn't tell you a decible reading. maybe slightly quieter than a normal 2 stage but not by much. As for the lawn mower, its pretty quiet. you could run it all night and not bother people. the app does allow for setting your own schedule and it has a rain safe mode.
This would take a real deep financial evaluation for places like ski areas and such. mean time between failure, battery life, cu ft of snow that can be removed in 24 hours... how many units would be needed to keep a certain real-estate snow free at typical snow fall rates. Compared to cheap workers who work for food and a snow pass. Salty, wet cold environments are some of the harshest for machines and electronics and motors... Imagine a future with these machines going by.

@@PestandLawnGinja.... HOWEVER, will WiFi HaLow signals penetrate through a hill ? Or communicate to the M1 on the OTHER side of a hilltop with a large deadzone (in between several hills) meaning 1) imperfect wifi HaLow coverage, 2) no 4G cellular coverage* , ... and 3) semi-shady / >75% open sky, or does YARBO need to consider selling HaLoW REPEATERS for it's DATA CENTER (to install OUTSIDE of a secondary structure, or for example on top of a barn / shed) ? This scenario is with the assumption that the CHARGING BASE & DATA CENTER is already as close to the deadzone side of the house, and the DATA CENTER has a perfect open-sky view, but still cannot cover the deadzone in between hills perfectly via the HaLow wireless system.

looks like those casters will not last in a damp acid environment under the deck. Why can't they build a deck with two blades with some suction properties to lift the grass thats being stomped by those two tracks. I have not been convinced a few razor blades spinning around on a pizza pan will actually cut thick grass effectively. My neighbor had a robot mower and it could not keep up with the spring grow and I would see him pull out his gas mower to finish the job. Also no mention about hitting roots or how long it takes to screw in all this inserts in the tracks. What about replacement parts.
So I'm about to pull the trigger but the websites shopping cart is all messed up. Is God trying to tell me something? I have a two properties three hiurs away from each other to keep up and my job keeps me on the road quite a bit. One if the hisies is three acres iwth about 300 ft of lake frontage and I just soent half of my hokiday delaing with a flat on ny zero turn andbthen still ahving to mow while the kids and grand kids were here. 😢 That being said, I'm getting a little worroed abiyt irdering because im seeing delays in shipping form comments onkine and something aboutbtge mowing deck not being released yet. Thanks in advance for any input yiu cna provide about whether this is a wise purchase for me and what I should expect.

@@PestandLawnGinja Well I did get a response from Ethan at Yarbo and he stated that my mowere should ship in August. I did let them know that they need to be more transparent on their website about expected ship dates as the purchasing process says nothing at all about the product not being ready to ship immediately. Either way, I hope I'm doing the right thing as it is very strange for them to draft money immediately for a product that won't ship for that long.
And to be honest, my Luba 1 does an acre in 13 hours. So 2 acres in 24 hours is not that impressive to me for something like this. But I'm impressed with the unit in general and the multiple uses. Especially snow blowing and trimming attachments. I've suggested to Mammotion to make a robot trimmer. For now, I'm sticking with Luba.
