Time consuming cleaning calipers and fork bottom caliper bracket.. Dave come on.. The fact that my entire bike is worth as much as the front end on that CBR kind of gives me sadness... LOL What I did, find a small quality . quality plastic tub.. then TRIM out the side that would face the wheel..so I can put the tub underneath the caliper, forks bottom to catch the excess cleaning solution..buy a super stiff painters brush, wrap some duc tape over the metal band .. use that to clean the tough to get at spots.. Love the content Dave.. will miss seeing you at the TT as a competitor !!!

Regarding the Honda kit parts They are expensive and relatively heavy The thought was that its for safety they are 15% over engineered for that very reason

Partly to reduce the severity of a tank slapper, but more because we end up with limited clearance with all the extras on the bars

I’m curious , what has Motul changed in the 300v that’s specific for the blade ?

Apparently it higher molybdenum content due to a rather snug piston to bore clearance
