Ditch the Ward + Petrify and add Elemental + Lightning to your Armor to DPS Mindflayer during Astral Apprehension and heal. Ditch Healing and Barrier and add 100% Luck Up, Luck is Cait Sith's best in slot; mount and dismount the Moogle to evade physical abilities and provide unit collision for creating distance. Ditch Percision Defense for Speed. The only ability that is worth parrying for Limit is Mindflayer's Accursed Orbs. Cait Sith has a longer window on his dodge so perfect blocking is a risk when Cait Sith's survival stats are low.

It's boggling my mind how he's able to use two limit breaks in succession like that. Absolutely no clue how it's done.

Its the gotterdammering he has on its lest you start with limit and refill it insanely fast you have to beat the all summons gilgamesh sephiroth brutal challenge to get it

I have always loved Cait Sith and cute “gag” characters

Ended up getting thru it with a tank moogle build with the weapon that had double decoy and double sentinel. Took long but was safe

How did you manage to have 2 limits in sequence? I have the necklace for the limits but so fast in the second round it doesn't let me do it 0:57

I was wondering the same... Back to back limits...

So just watched all your legendary bout videos... But would very much like to see a version of them all without the Gotterdammerung accessory, which you use in every single one of them, That would be useful for a lot more viewers. The vast majority of players does not have that accessory, so do us poor players a solid ;)

These are meant to be done after the Brutal battles so you should have it if you’re trying them.

​@@BalioSunder Probably so, although I find most of them far easier than Rulers of the Outer World even without Gotterdammerung. It's just so much easier to see the attacks and parry them, whereas I just can't imagine never getting hit by an Alexander shockwave while focusing the camera on Odin.

Odin gets popped in 10 seconds by a couple of fire balls. It took four tries to complete the Rulers challenge; it took six to learn how to complete Cait Sith's challenge.

I had same question I know he’s using the accessory that fills gauge at beginning of fight but how can it be used twice in a row not sure. In doing these solo fights first to finish leveling up weapons before going for gotterdam

Its got nothing to do with the accessory, Cait has a built in RNG limit ability if memory serves that sometimes allows him to fire off a limit break without using the first bar. The accessory mearly fills the bar right at start giving the ability more chance to occur, it can happen without Gotta....rung.

I cant do this one for some reason do i need to load chapeter 12 instead of 13 or something?

Yes, in order to do it you need to have Cait available, this means any chapter among 9-10-11-12. All of them have some downtime in the beginning sadly

Always keep 1 atb available. As soon as MF can be targeted hit it with Fortune Telling. Should cancel out the action. It does for me. Might need to put the action on shortcut because being in the menu for even just a second too long can delay it and you get hit... Maybe i am misunderstand what you are asking though. I am talking about when MF appears as 2 separate ones and either does electricity or lasers. They can be cancelled with fortune telling

what am i missing here tried this like 9 times and not once did i get lucky for double limit i have something wrong here

@@mcsteve0328 You are wrong, somwhere in Caits kit either in the folio as a passive or on a weapon or something in game it actually tells you Cait has a chance to not consume the first limit bar upon use. No cheats not glitch - Feature using RNG.

i got all legendary bouts finished without even unlocked götterdämmerung only bcus i wanted to play as sephiroth so badly and i have him now lol now i can enjoy crisis core

I feel like maybe this got patched because I’ve gotten my butt kicked by the giant scorpian 5 times bow

I thought his combo movement and combo mobility would be like mickey from kh2 Combo movement not the attack animations, but where the combo string takes you like a combo, taking you forward or back or left right Mobility the distance, a character moves with a basic combo string 😅

My last solo vr mission… I have no idea how to play this character effectively. I didn’t know how to play red 13 either but immediately found out how broken it is to guard and build atb to do retaliation and stagger then pop off stardust ray - rinse repeat . I hope cait has some interesting mechs - I’ll comment again after done

If I recall I used the weapon that had double moogle decoy and moogle sentinel perks so I could use it as a tank and just run around with ranged attacks.
