Filter King is heavy duty built for commercial applications with American parts and labor, 1/3 HP motor and 5 Gal per minute reversible pump. The cooking oil passes through 2 unique filter systems which force and seal every drop through a microscopic filter process before returning to the fryer. We call this process the, "Double forced & sealed filtration process" which is the science behind our technology making it vastly different than many other machines in today's market.
Key Features Of Filter King
-------------------------------------------
- Heavy duty, 1/3 HP Haight/Leeson Motor, high heat rated motor for up to 350 degrees for hot oil filtration.
- Two speed Pump 5 gal per minute flow, for fast and deep oil filtration to as low as 1-20 micron using double filter system.
- Forced and double sealed filtration system, forcing every drop of oil to pass through microscopic filter.
- Filter #1: Stainless steel 300 micron screen basket.
- Filter #2: "Forced & double sealed Micro-filter rack" and micro pads that filters down to 1-20 microns, removing microscopic impurities that degrade the oil.
- Total weight of unit: 90 lbs. on 4 wheels, front swivel.
- Machine dimensions: 17" x 24" high x 30" long.
- Two speeds; Forward and Reverse pumping option.
- Collapsible handle for easy storage.
- Stainless Steel 304 food grade construction all around, inside and out for easy cleaning and long lasting.
- Anti-spill locking lid for transporting hot oil to dumpster.
- Four wheels for easy mobility and collapsing handle for tight storage.
- Heat insulated hose up to 500 F degrees for easy handling so it never burns you.
- 16 gallon tank (120 lbs.) to hold oil from big fryers.
- Filters and cleans an average 35lb fryer in 4 minutes & 85lb fryer in 6 minutes.
- 1 Year limited warranty for motor and pump, and total machine.
- Leasing is available to qualified buyers in the USA with 2 years in business and good credit.
- Special pricing for purchase of multiple units

Simple math if you spend 1k a month on oil, this machine cuts cost (and waste) down 50% ($500) . If Machine cost 5k it pays for itself within the first year of use. Not to mention having to dispose of HALF the oil than previously disposed. If your business is successful and growing, this is a SOUND Investment.

In fifteen years in the business, I never had a machine, only filter cones and pouring hot oil through them. No telling how many years it took off of my life, not to mention the permanent splash scars. It was easily the most hated task. Unfortunately, in the early years, I could have never afforded such a thing and it became so ingrained that I suffered through the times when I could have bought one. Great machine!

This is pretty much exactly the process chick fil a used when I worked there. Their fryers had a spot to attach the hose though and the filter machine was part of the fryer. To add to that we changed the oil very seldom(once a month or even 2 months) despite fried food being about the only thing on the menu. The key to that is the lockout system they had. Wouldn’t let you cook if you don’t run the filter every 5 cooks

Chick-fil-A and some other similar restaurants have a very high absorption rate and they keep adding oil infest don’t need to change it very often. However there hasn’t been a single time that I have eaten a Chick-fil-A sandwich where the chicken is not very greasy. I think if they had a filtration system similar to ours that they would get much better results

Man this would've been great on board US Navy vessels. To fill the fryer in the beginning the can's of shorting would be put into kettles of boiling water to melt. After afew there you could use a bench knife to punch a pouring hole and a air hole to fill fryer. After using that's wear it got difficult with the rocking of the ship. If to dirty to reuse, we or I would put into the empty can's and let cool and hardened. Then toss over the side when we dumped trash at sea. Needed to add the hazardous part if shorting was still usable, Cool oil would be drain in 6 inch steamtable pans the pour thur a fine calendar to remove the big stuff, then pour back into fryer for next use.

I have also been seeing a new method. One where there are 2 tanks in the facility, one has a hose that sucks the old oil up, and the other shoots out clean oil. The older oil gets sucked into a huge tank that Filters the oil right there and the other tank is full of the clean/filtered oil. The whole process is done right there

I’ve worked around many Different types of fryers. More recently the Fryers at our Local Safe Way grocery stores usually have a gas powered Fryer that drops the oil into a bottom Filter pan, the oil drops down and there is a metal Grate that catches most crumbs and other things caught in the fryer. And just by hooking up the hose to the fryer you can do the same process as here. Where you filter/ polish and clean the fryer simultaneously. Even Churches chicken and Wingstop have the same type of fryer where this process is built into the fryers. This Filter method is great ofc for fryers that do Not have this built in.

You are correct that the fryers must be cleaned every week to be freed from carbons which contribute to that fried food. Unfortunately in this video we are showing them how they can use our machine to filter their cooking oil, not to clean their fryers. We are making assumption that they are cleaning their fryers weekly otherwise yes you’re gonna get bad fried food even with a great oil filter machine if there are carbons inside the fryer that are not removed.

The clarity of the oil means nothing. I worked for a fast food chain and they had installed oil vats that run a cleaning every ten to 15 uses. That feature was suppose to extend the life of the oil to maximize profits but after a week the oil still looked good but the product coming out was far from standards.

No you are probably correct. There’s many fryers that have built-in push button oil filtration. They are called in line Fryers. Unfortunately they are not microscopic filtration systems and will remove the big bread crumbs that you can see by eye but will not double life for the cooking oil.

The machine is not cheap because it’s made here in the USA and it has a six year warranty wish no other machine ever gives. The cost is $6000 and the capacity and that is 16 gallons of oil so we can handle the large 80 pound or 90 pound fryers. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 407-509-1449 and our website is www.microfilterking.com.

Please feel free to call me and I will gladly answer any questions you may have. Again my number is 407-509-1449 on the founder and inventor of the machine. Christos Founder

That Red thermal-jacket sleeve he is using is made of a Silicone outer cover, but that inside of that sleeve is unprotected fiberglass. That fiberglass is releasing glass particles into the air and into the oil. Do not use that product around any food or food equipment.

  • @MFSTradeSchool

    @MFSTradeSchool

    3 жыл бұрын

Alex, The red thermal jacket does not touch the oil. It is just there to protect from the heat of the actual food grade hose that it covers. The hose that it covers is a food grade safe hose made to touch the oil and the food and it’s FDA approved.

Regardless the word “filter” the oil is still degraded and rancid…that can and does show in the taste. No matter what filtration method you use, eww!

  • @MFSTradeSchool

    @MFSTradeSchool

    2 жыл бұрын

I disagree with you sir. The oil degrades irreversibly if the frying debris sits there frying day after day. If you remove the frying debris at the end of each night and change the viscosity of the oil, your oil will last longer and be cleaner longer. It’s not magic, it’s science. Please feel free to see and live demonstration on our website at www.microfilterking.com
