They needed to use dirty oil so ppl can see if the unit makes much difference and is worth the high price(?)
It gets the burnt food particles out. saves the oil
The oil in the fryer is clean so I couldn't see any oil filtering, bad publicity
Recycling oil to reuse is unhealthy.
All restaurants does this
