Is the oil being filtered at room temperature or 350 degrees?

I think it's on high temperature as guy was wearing protective clothing

Lmao that fryers never been used. What a waste of time draining and dumping. Move the buckets as they fill to the bottom of the cone and just move the cone and filter to the new bucket.

Ikr, made me self conscious for a second and im like "damn, are all vats supposed to be THAT clean?". I mean its possible if you are consisted in maintenace ever since you bought them.
