Just like Tony seeing a vision of everyone dying, but he doesn’t share it until Endgame when he talks to everyone at beginning of the movie explaining that they can’t win.

Not really. Him "saving" worlds by brutally murdering at least half of the population puts him no better than the whole Deviants/Eternals/Celestilas created conflict (which was specifically pointed out to be in a morally grey area) or the Celestials' parasitism of entire planets of sentient beings (because that's what it truly is once you strip away the mysticism and the whole god idea--they create life and galaxies and planets, yes, but those planets are often used to incubate the next generation of Celestials, making their actions very self-serving, and the way said unborn Celestials leech off of the "energy of sentient beings" before violently bursting out and destroying the host planet is 100% parasitic, and very similar to that wasp that lays it's eggs inside tarantulas). Plus, his solution is very temporary, eventually the population will start to climb again.

Thanos was VERY powerful but Stranges suggestion of only one positive outcome is impossible, there should've been more than just one timeline in which they win. unless it was completely necessary for the snap to happen, for the unsnap to happen and then Thanos' army be defeated in a specific way. After all, we saw at the end of Eternals that the Celestials can just roll up on a planet and effortlessly 'yoink' people if they interfere in Celestial business. So Thanos indirectly sabotaging the Celestials without directly targeting them seems very on-point. An idea I had about the ending of Eternals is based on an action Tiamut made in the comics. In the comics, the Celestials, Deviants, and Watchers served a being called the Fulcrum. At one point, Tiamut asked the Fulcrum to spare Earth as he had grown to love it. Assuming the flow of energy from Tiamut to Sersi at the end of Eternals was voluntary, that could mean that Tiamut in the MCU had grown to love the planet he was incubated in and allowed Sersi to save Earth.

I can buy the first premise of the theory. That Thanos saved the Earth when the snapped occurred and the Celestial couldn't be fed. But the rest is reeeeeeeeaaaaaaaally far fetched. 1/ If Thanos wanted to prevent planet from dying because of Celestials... why not using the snap to have Celestials disappearing instead of reducing population by half ? Moreover in Endgame, he "destroys" the Stones, which means that when the planets are getting populated again and the "baby Celestials" are ready to be born, there will be no way to prevent that... Which makes it pretty useless. 2/ A Celestial breaking Titans to be born would leave more damage to the planet that just a deviation of 7 degrees from its axis in my opinion. What could do that however, is a massive war using very advanced technology over the last resources of the planet. 3/ The "vision" thing doesn't work either. Because if Titans would have been destroyed by a Celestial coming from the center of the planet... then why would Thanos think the planet had been destroyed because of a lack of resources ? Assuming he foresaw the apocalypse of his planet, and got kickout by the other Titans and called a "mad man", why would he think the apocalypse happened because of a lack of resources ?

Theory: It wasn't thanos, it was Doctor Strange, since he could have stopped Thanos by not giving the time stone but did so which allowed for 5 years to go by and let Ajax think on why humanity was worth saving. Doctor Strange saw that if they won, 1 week later the earth was doomed anyway so by allowing 5 years to go buy with half the planet gone it let Ajax change her worldview.

Thanos isn’t just an eternal with a recessive gene, he’s literally half deviant. That’s why he looks how he does. This theory makes more sense if you bring in the idea that thanos was being driven by the deviant half of him, the half that wants to stop the celestials.

he's not half deviant. His father is A'lars who is an Eternal and his mother is Sui San who is an eternal so where exactly did the deviant half come from? he just has a deviant gene, if it's enough to warp his appearance I'm sure it's enough to warp his mind too.

i don’t think we know from where exactly his deviant genes come from since his parents were both eternals, but the idea of them giving him a drive to stop celestials is so dope it’s insane

The film did have a plot point of how a Deviant became more Eternal by absorbing their essence; who says it couldn't work the other way around, that Thanos either on purpose or by accident took on Deviant traits.

I always felt that, when watching Eternals, I thought that the movie isn't meant to be a showstopper, but a "plot glue" that would make better sense once everything else comes together. Reminds me of the "slow tracks" in a great album: yeah, it's not a hit, but it's not meant to be a hit. It is more of a palate cleanser.
