You know, it’s kind of refreshing to see someone like Becky set boundaries in terms of her child and what she is willing to share about her life. She shares so much but has her priorities straight in terms of those boundaries in my opinion. Just my two cents and no one has to agree with me. Have a good evening everyone.

Came in just as I was thinking I should freeze prep some foods. When I make eggs for the English muffins and croissants, I use bell pepper slices to keep them round. So I slice them up (about an inch and a half) on, put them on the pan and then drop the egg inside the ring. And you don't have to buy kitchen gadgets for round eggs 😄 Provided it only works if you like bell peppers.

We had a chance to visit this weekend, and I whipped up a batch of your no kneed dough so they could watch. I sent them home with the printed directions (thanks to your website) and the bowl of dough to finish off & bake the next day! Meals were prepared and frozen. Sandwiches made for the other kids and frozen as well. Pies were made, baked and frozen. Cookies etc.. We also canned . We're so pleased to see another generation understanding the concept of preparing ahead for both need and convenience

Becky, there’s a thing that you can buy at like target or Walmart. A lot of people use it for draining dishes on, but it’s flat everything you can lay that under your cutting board and your cutting board won’t move and it’s not wet so it won’t damage your cutting board to help when you chop stuff and everything to keep it from slipping. Just a little helpful hint from a 65-year-old great grandmother.

Cook your bacon on the convection setting. This will “even out” the cooking and you won’t have to rotate the pans. Also, if you are going to break the yoke on croissant eggs, do it when you first start cooking them. That way the yoke taste will spread out and you would get a more even yoke taste throughout the egg. Just some suggestions. I really enjoy your videos. Not sure why, but they bring a calming effect to my day.

Once you've made a list of items you need at the grocery store, make a second list for shopping down each isle at the store for faster shopping. This means you need to make a chart & write down what products are on each isle using the stores signs at the end of the isles. Quick shopping in the store & you get out faster without any back tracking.

My church ladies group is putting together frozen meals to keep on hand as a ministry for those in need & this is perfect for that!! Love what you’re doing & praying for your continued success. What a sweet testimony you have serving your family & friends through food.❤

Thank you so much for creating these recipes and resources. My husband and I have brain injuries that make planning ,shopping, preparing extremely difficult if not impossible. We resort to past ( before 2016) when my husband had his brain injury. Of which is limited because of memory issues. Before he could whip up meals, being in firefighter for 37 years, in no time. But now we have your scratch recipes w shopping lists , labels, 🎉and your utube videos to greatly help prepare healthy new food options. Thank you so very much.
