Sapin-Sapin Ingredients:
glutinous rice flour 1.5 cups
white sugar 1/2 cup
coconut cream 1.5 cups
halayang ube(purple yam jam) 3-4 tbsp
langka (sweetened jackfruit) 3-4 cups
macapuno string (sweetened) 3-4 cups
ube flavor 6 drops
yellow coloring 4 drops

latik (from coconut cream) 1 cup
fried coconut flakes 1/4 cup
(dessicated/sweetened)
