Filing a Bass Nut: Do it right the first time.
I just wanted to share some quick lessons learned after widening the slots on my Dingwall NG-2 bass nut, both the easy way and the hard way. This is mainly for other DIY-ers out there; all this is probably a no-brainer for real luthiers out there!
