It's a scam. The guy in Yankees jacket is trying to get the guy to open the bag so he can see what is in it. That way when the cops come and ask the Yankees guy what he had in his bag to prove it is his bag he just says what items he saw when the other guy opened his bag for him to deceive the cop into thinking it's his bag. The guy that was yelling was smart not to open the bag until cops got there . It's a known scam in the subways.
