Can someone explain to me where the judges found .667 in deductions for both of the Russians' Dragulescu vaults? And can someone also explain to me how Marian Dragulescu only scored a smidge higher than the Russians with his own vault that was higher, longer and stuck better? Thank you.

The judges were being more forgiving (or lazy perhaps) with those difficulty scores ... Dragulescu's yurchenko half clearly wasn't fully around in the double twist, also Shek Wai Hung's Ri Se Gwang vault was not piked throughout, but both still got their respective D score

Dragulescu's second vault got a 5.4 difficulty score as the commentator said, there were errors on displaying the second vaults' scores.
