Hi i accidently broke one of the bolts on the stock catted exhaust. Do you have any videos or advice on how to replace a broke bolt on it? It looks like it'd come out but i'm not certain how.

Gonna do 100 cell for secondary cat, I already have 200 cell for the downpipe slooking to add a little more sound, better flow & hp

Sounds good! Which down pipe did you actually go with? I'm thinking about picking one up in the off season, rallycross allows me to run the a different downpipe as well.

I also run my Fiesta in SCCA Autocross. Debating getting this Vs. a cobb or mishimoto DP. Did you have to deal with a CEL, and are you still running this DP?

Cobb accessport have your tuner turn off the CELs

If your tuner disables the rear o2 sensor to prevent the CELs you'll never pass a state emissions test (assuming they plug into the obd and check readiness as most states do) If you do get a CEL just run a defouler on the rear o2 sensor and leave the o2 sensor enabled in the tune 👍

This video has been uploaded for awhile but I bet by now that downpipe has cracked. Probably by the turbo flange and it's because of that "great" flex section. The stock flex section is the best you can get. The one on the depo is cheap junk. It does NOT flex at all. Think about the name. Flex pipe. Its meant to flex. If it doesnt then things crack. Just fyi to everyone watching and thinking about it. Check Whooshmotorsports and look at the 3.5in Race catless downpipe made in the UK called Peron. It uses the same flex pipe Ford does.

@@grembal. yes Ron has made changes to the v2 now v3 that includes the same style flex section. Way better than anything else on the market which follows Perons design.

Was a CPE Resonated 3in, that burned out and now its the same 3in plumbing but with a vibrant super quiet resonator plumbed in at the time of the video it was all cpe.

Until now, has it worked well?

Just a bit more whistly, and a few more DB CP-E has a video that shows the amount of decibels they have with the stock cat and the exhaust as well as with a sport cat but their sport cat is a 300 cell i believe.
