I don’t have kids but when I was a kid I saw my uncle go through so much nonsense and as a young teen watching this, it really had a big impact on me. As women we do not have absolute authority over our children over and above the father. And we need to speak up if we see women in our lives pulling this crap.

If he does I hope they live in the same school district. But she says she lives a half hour away. Going to two different schools during the week has to be torture. Different schools are not on the same curriculum and when the kid gets to high school they might not even offer the same classes. Plus the kid has to do makeup work I’m assuming for the classes they’re missing too. So they’re doing twice the amount of school work.

I dunno...the defendant just comes off as a bitter ex to me.

This girl wasn't looking for her son. All she's looking for is TROUBLE. And DRAMA. If they have such a good co-parenting relationship, that they have worked out a 50-50 split with the child, she would KNOW that her ex would be at home, taking care of their child because he says he doesn't work on the days he has his son with him. He was at the hospital for his son's surgery and he knew that his son had his tonsils taken out. And even though he refused to allow her to keep their son during his time (due to having to recover from this surgery) and he told her "I am not working. I will take care of our son. I want my time with him) he was nice enough to compromise a bit and allow her to come by and check on their child during the time he was with his father. Instead, she goes to his work, snooping to see if he's there, and then she DOES come to the house....but she vandalizes both his house and his car.

She's the mother of that child, & she has every right to go & check on her son. I'll be worried to myself as a mother & yes I think his a good father to his son, but if he has a new queen beside him then that's different story. The queen has no business between the two parents. I really don't care about how the system work. But she's the mother of that child & she has all the right to worry about him .

Dude said she could stop over there to see their son if she was concerned about his recovery, she instead turned up and caused damage to their car because she didn't like the person who is essentially the child's step mother looking after him? Ridiculous, she'd have no issues allowing a boyfriend spending time/looking after their son 🙄

She does have a right to have knowledge of but not to infringe upon his rights while doing it. Sounds like he was being more than nice and she just was not being reasonable and that is not ever good for the child. I understand been there it's just ridiculous to cause unnecessary problems. 😔 Sad

That is a myth in this day and age. Plenty of fathers getting the benefit of the doubt. In my court case, seems like the female judge bent over backwards for my ex-husband. Just my opinion.

I'm not saying it's equal but it sure ISN'T what it used to be in these cases. Women are not preferred as much anymore....it is a bit more balanced....men have a chance...IF they want it. That's my point. Now, don't you be ridiculous in letting your emotion cloud your understanding of my simple point.

Men who actually file for custody are usually favored, period. Ppl disagreeing with you are operating on half the info and it sucks that they use it to invalidate experiences and derail important conversations

Im the same altho I still hate him 🤣 but that's their dad they don't hate him 🤷 I picked him I had children with him I should suck it up my kids don't even no I hate him, for instance my kids wanted to surprise their dad on his birthday when he came to pick them up ... So that's what we did , presents and cake .. the kids were so happy to be able to do that for their dad , it was hard but I withheld the arsenic from my ex's slice of cake 🤣

I would not be having more children if I was a delivery driver or a restaurant worker!! and on top of that a crazy ex🤦🏻‍♀️

When I was a kid I had to have serious dental surgery, I had a split custody between my dad and grandmother, and he wanted to take me two hours away to his house for the weekend after I just had massive surgery in my mouth. Just because you can take the kid for your time, doesn’t mean you should, maybe they should just stay where they are because it’s less traumatic than moving around. I don’t agree at all with split custody in week two week arrangements, there is no stability for the child.

Well you missed the point if that’s the conclusion you’ve come too. He has two children so far and both seem to be well taken care of on his part. He just needs to choose better partners, and who knows maybe his new fiancé is just fine. The ex in this case is the one who should refrain from reproducing. She sounds like a nut ball.

I started clapping while driving home from work.. BRAVO father, she is trying to play the “gotcha” bs, by saying your at work so she’s taking your son. BUT if you choose to work while he’s resting or on your days with your son, so be it! My ex wife tried coming back to take my kids one Saturday while I worked for extra money and my wife slammed the door after telling her she isn’t taking the kids and she hasn’t heard from me that I’m cutting my time short. Some mothers act like they are the ONLY ones capable of raising kids. The court system needs to be changed. They let my kids stay at a house with their mom and her heroine addicted bf, their excuse? “She isn’t married to him so he has no rights”, like that matters, she let an addict sleep next to my kids AND steal their cash as a lesson!

Seems like a lot of baby mama drama. He's moved on so should she. Causing unnecessary issues.
