it is a song about peace, the nice vikings just notice that jesus hasnt the stamina and strength to party with them, So they trained him. In the end he could party hard with them till the end. Religions should party together not fight. 🙂

As a Fan of the Band Feuerschwanz I would recommend the following Songs from them: Untot im Drachenboot Memento Mori Schildmaid and their Cover of "Warriors of the World United". These are some of my absolute favorites. And I love the Fact, that you react to them. They are so cool in their Style and an absolut delight when you see them live (I'm from Germany so I can see their concerts fortunately) I hope you get to enjoy more of their Videos.

(waits for Mom to wander off before hitting play on this one) Yeah, that's their newest song, and the one most likely to offend small town preachers. I caught the premier of this one, too, and everyone was losing it at 'crossfit'. I do think the world's most famous carpenter was fairly strong, and carried that massive cross. Other songs by them I'd suggest include 'Ding' (with Melissa Bonny), 'I See Fire' (Ed Sheehan cover), 'Ultima Nocte', 'Das Herz eines Drachen', and 'Warriors of the World United', a Manowar cover featuring Angus McFife, Salatatito Mortis, and Melissa Bonny.

I would add to the list Das Elfte Gebot (which has also deeper lyrics, just as "Herz eines Drachen), the cover of Sabaton's "Gott mit uns" which is even better than the original (a hil I am willing to die upon), and one of their eternal classics, "Schubsetanz". Of Schubsetanz they have to versions, the original and a black metal version, which would be perfect for a back-to-back reaction. :-)

On July 7th Feuerschwanz is releasing a new album. I am excited for thier new album. It is going to be a really fun one to listen to.

This is basically a snapshot of what was going on in the Viking' heads when they first invaded Christian England. "Do these English even lift bro?"

Yes, they are in general a fun band! In the lyrics and the video, they're making fun of modern body culture and the "old (northern) living style" many people praise without knowing anything about it. "Metfest" is another party song you should have a look at, especially if you are courious what's going on on a Feuerschwanz show 😉 "Ultima nocte" or the Manowar cover "Warriors of the world united" are also great, and if you are interested in somethiing weird, chekc out their covers of "Blinding lights" and "Gimme, gimme, gimme" 😉

Warriors of the World United (ManOwar cover), which was mentioned in the comments before, is a good choice to go next. Not only is it fully in English but with Melissa Bonny, Alea from Saltatio Mortis and Thomas Winkler aka Angus Mc123andcounting it has three guests you have already heard before. Saw them live last week at one of the concerts on which The Dark Side Of The Moon was with them, so of course Melissa joined them on stage for WotWU (and Ding). Let's just say the crowd was engaged with all three bands (Warkings were the opener the whole tour, Angus McSix were additional guests on a few shows and TDSOTM on the last four) but on WotWU the whole venue (capacity of 1800, sold out) went all in!

Until now you are the only english speaking person who pronounces it welle, congrats ! You could also watch and listen to the other "Napalm Records" bands . This label has so many talented ones like d'artagnan, saltatio Mçrtis, yhe dark side of the moon, ad infinitum and of course my favourite :.... FEUERSCHWANZ !

Alex Thorpe has already made some good suggestions. If you want to go for more hilarious videos, just take a look at their ABBA-Cover (Yep, they did that, too... :P ). As for less silly songs, I also like "Memento mori" a lot. "Untot im Drachenboot"features more vikings and a Zombie apocalypse, so what more is there to want? Take care and have fun! :)

this band is awesome and cant think of one of their songs i dont dig. Der hernker , Am fruer, and Wir lieben Dudelsack along with Metnotstand im Märchenland {one of my faves both for the song and the costume effort}

Yes I only discovered Feuerschwanz recently, absolutely love them, wish half their songs were in English. Another one that makes me laugh when I watch it is schubsetanz as they had a lot of un with that video, Ding is defintely another funny one with Melissa Bonney in it. Then on some good covers, Gimme Gimme (Abba) is brilliant as is I see Fire (Ed Sheran). I think a lot of these bands collaborate with each other. Melissa Bonney current project is The Dark Side of the Moon, and features one of the main girls and the lead guitarist from Feuerschwanz. As others have mentioned Warriors of the World is probably their best ever cover, which is what got me into the band and the different instruments they use, just a great band.

The joke actually holds a good amount of truth, at the same weight, or better lean body mass(cause women have higher essential body fat) women can keep up and at higher reps actually beat men on lower body exercises, on average, of course there are outliers in both directions. Men though simply have significantly more muscle in the upper body, as well as stronger tendons, which is why, even if lean body mass is equated they'll almost always gonna be stronger. The joke probably comes from most, or at least many men neglecting their lower body, while most women neglect their upper body, so the natural differences are exaggerated

Their cover of Sheeran's "I See Fire" is...well, in my opinion, Ed may have written the song, but Feuerschwanz gave it a soul. Other songs I'd recommend: Ultima Nocte (actually have that set as my ringtone) Die Horner Hoch Kampfzwerg Das Elfte Gebot Momento Mori Das Herz eines Drachen (for a bit of emotion and rememberance) Rohirrim is good, but no music video unfortunately. Cover wise, you have Amen & Attack, Warriors of the World United, Ding, Gimme Gimme, and Dragostea din Tei (the Numa Numa song) is just a fun time.
