Hi Dr, I did IUI six times before getting pregnant. I am now doing IVF as I have low AMH. I had three eggs retrieved but only two made it to an embryo. My question is, I am on day two post egg retrieval but I was told on day one that I will be doing a three day transfer, so how does the lab determine on day one if my embryos will make it to day three? Also, if they make it to day three, will they have the potential then to make it to day five?

Hi doctor, I took 50mg clomid on June and I ovulated that same month but did not get pregnant. But the problem is, I have been having all symptoms of pregnancy but I test came out negative both blood and urine test. There’s this particular symptom that I’m really scared of, my heartbeat races fast and I have stomach flutters since last month. I did ultrasound yesterday and nothing was found. My dear this is exactly my case but I didn't take clomid, but planning to do that, I went to hospital and do blood test and urine test all came out negative but still feeling symptom of pregnancy.

My wife did the ERA test. The first result came post receptive (115 h), the next two ERA tests (at 91 h) came non-informative. Why is that? Does this mean that her endometrium is not receptive at all?

I don't think so. I think it refers to a technical problem with running the test such as there was too little tissue to analyze

Hi,I'm 49 yo I'm trying to conceive way back 2019,my OB GYN started giving me clomid n hcg injection 2x but still failed, my first n second vaginal ultrasound was all normal, but after 2x of taking clomid n hcg injection, fibroid noted on my uterus. At IVF1, where I practice, we increase the dose of Clomid only if ovulation did not occur. If a woman ovulated, but did not get pregnant, there is no benefit to increasing the dose

Get tested for progesterone. Complete hormonal profile. Your husband's sperm tested. His sperm parameters should not be overlooked. Good luck.

I had my second iui and today is my 11 day after insimination. No symptom yet just a lot of headache all day . Boobs mild sore . ( today supposed have my period by I haven’t yet ) always a day before period I get stain brown discharge before period but this time I didn’t . Hi, I would highly recommend you to go to your gynecologist, they can give you all the instructions about it, I actually started clomid 50 mg 2 days ago on day 4th of my cycle since that's what my doctor suggested and will be having an iui, also hoping to have twins but you definitely have to get the meds from your doctor, they know the right dosage for each patient, taking clomid the wrong way can cause birth defects so be careful, God bless you!
