I always found the body lines of the Ferrari F40 a bit "toyish", even on high end versions. So when I was collecting 1/24 scale cars, I bought this one in black so that it hides some of those body lines and makes the car look more serious. I will post a review of the black version on my channel soon.

I used to love this scale by Bburago when I was a kid myself... but they're not meant for 3 year olds and up as the box suggests. Got my kid several of them and he destroyed all of them with ease, especially the wheels. Maisto's are far better for young kids and toddlers. I've started comparing 1:24 diecasts from a parents perspective at: kids-nook.com/1-24-scale-diecast-cars hope you like the photos that show the carnage that a 3-4 year old can do :D But yeah... from a collectors point of view, Bburago do have some more details on them; wheels able to turn being the coolest in my opinion!

Haha :D Yeah... he dismantled them properly. I am so sad I did not keep some other 1:24. He destroyed my 57 red-white Corvette :(
