Discover how, after an FIA WEC race, the Ferrari 499Ps return to Italy where each car undergoes meticulous inspections and fine-tuning in preparation for the next race. At the headquarters of racing partner AF Corse, the preparation of a hybrid hypercar consists of six main stages which, in addition to assembly and numerous checks, include the fire-up and bodywork scanning. A team effort, where the engineers’ data collection, the mechanics’ expertise and the use of advanced tools converge to achieve the ultimate synthesis.

This is fascinating, thank you for the video. Id love to see a tour of the AF Corse setup. They run SO many cars across all GT/Sportscar series. They must have at least 20 cars being worked on at any one time? How many employees?

80 employees split equally amongst the cars. Hopefully we can build a car that can win races and make the Tifosi proud.

Hi Ferrari , Irmo und Germana Franchesca ;) Aöso als ich mit 5 Jahren Alter bei Nissan in der Gruppe C WSPC angerufen habe für die Rippenfloater und Stellplatte über dem Radkasten , war stolz das etwas später gab ! Klar darf da nicht zu viel Luft hinein und auch nicht zu frei die Luft fließen , aber die Waschmaschine im AWD ist schneller als Hyper und Super hypa ;)

Volendo riassumere...dopo ogni gara le 2 "signorine" vengono smontate, controllate/riparate in caso di necessità e rimontate con le specifiche richieste dalla gara successiva. Sarò fatto male ma ad un certo ho avuto la fortissima impressione che ribadissero in loop sostanzialmente gli stessi concetti, magari con parole diverse, per allungare il brodo. 😅

Schedule more races. You'll find historically and Ferrari has proven this, most racing cars are sold thru racing, not talking about them. I know you're rich, but this is wasteful.

They have a track at the factory and test drivers that are constantly doing test runs with the car. Its part of the research and development process not just for this car but their road cars, GT cars and Formula 1 cars. They’re not just talking about it, there’s A LOT of work going on bts that we don’t ever see
A fully disassembly! Seems very high maintenance. Sorry, I'll buy something that's easier to maintain and doesn't require 40 mechanics.
