I was really looking at the Felix controller but I couldn't find much from those who have actually used one. I appreciate the video! The prices on their site seem a bit much, I think I will stick with GHL Profilux. The Profilux has been bulletproof in my saltwater setup. Also this thing is HUGE!

Rotating the power sockets by 180deg isn’t going to fix the fundamental issues of the V1. From a manufacturing standpoint I understand wanting to keep the box the same size. But they should have staggered the sockets in a 3x2 configuration and that would make a huge difference to the usability. Yes you’d lose two sockets, but it’s not a massive issue. They may get the power sockets right in the V3, if you’re lucky! Just checked the prices 😮 £590 (with sensors) by the time you get to checkout it’s £899. That’s more than an Apex system. If they want this to succeed then they will need to look at Apex and GHL as they are well established with lots of accessories available.

I definitely appreciate your opinions. I have been looking for something like this that has enough functionality to run 2 vivariums. I have a royal python and a leopard gecko. They will both be in live, bioactive enclosures by the end of summer and stacked. I would love something, all in one unit that does it all through a single app,) that can control grow lights and UVB lights to mimic sunrise/sunset as well as varying temperature gradients in 2 separate environments to have basking, hot sides, and cool sides. I stumbled on this company but there must not be many controllers out because there’s not much information

I just use switchable plugs via alexa and inkbirds, lights via app.

cant help but thinking a Raspberry Pi and some quality probes would probably be more accurate and cheaper than one of these units. im also not a fan of any device that i need a app to control, if you can't get the app the device is useless, and it happens alot on the app stores that apps vanish or get removed.

Think I might just turn things on and off myself 😂

I suspect the V1 plug sockets could have been reversed if you accessed the inside of the unit. Made in China--they don't know what your plugs are really like.

Overpriced timer plugs. I am guessing this product isnt that hot in the hobby because there are hardly any videos about it from actual customers

£1000… damn hell no.. that’s a massive negative already It doesn’t do much for £905.. it really needs to have the UPS to be a marketable item.. and even then it’s twice the price it should be
