Feeling Mad? What's Good About Anger, When it Works Against You, and How to Turn it to Your Benefit

Parental alienation almost inevitably provokes anger. That’s
because anger arises when there is something we want that we
are not getting-or something we are getting that we do not
want. Targeted parents find themselves receivers of both.
Targeted parents are not getting what they want: love from and
access to their child(ren). In addition, targeted parents receive
much that they do not want, much that is painfully hurtful: loss of
affection from and even contact with their children, ongoing
criticism and blame, false narratives (lies) and accusations from
the ex-spouse, deceit, the need to spend money on costly court
appearances, unfair court judgments, and on and on.
This presentation focuses on what to do with your wild stallion of
anger. Learn to train your angry feelings so they serve you
helpfully instead of running wild and undermining your
effectiveness.
