Last night my stove shut down, no pellets getting feed. I used the Diagnosis and it feed pellets just fine. Tried starting it up and no pellets. I get on chat with Tyler and he nailed it right away. Hopper switch was not working correctly. You know this by the missing \L on the display. I learned something. And diagnostics is not affected by the hopper lid switch. I opened the hopper lid a couple times and now it's working properly. Stove started up and is throwing heat. Still going to order a new switch, but at least it is now working. Tyler also sent information on how to bypass the switch if I wanted, though, I will probably only use that if I really need the stove working. Could not be happier with customer service. Posting this in case any one else is having the same trouble.

Simple fix - auger jam due to pellet dust, I assume. I emptied the hopper, started and restarted the stove until the auger was able to clear the jam. Works perfectly now. Thanks.

My stove is a brand new one of the most expensive comfortbilt stoves. The HP50S and the manual is very confusing at times. It's in the manual mowed and the fire blazed really good and then all the sudden it stopped blazing but the auger kept feeding pellets into the little pallet thing till it was full and I have to stop at naturally take it out and empty it and it's very clean and this is a brand new stove so I don't think it's anything in the system. Too many buttons I have to learn how to use this thing what's the difference between it being in manual and automatic? I don't mind if it turns on and off because it's cycling but if it's feeding the pellets into the basket and they're not getting ignited after I've cleaned everything I don't understand maybe I hit the wrong button or something. Very confusing manual they don't address things I'll say well that's what this is for but they don't tell you how to get to that point. And some of the videos for comfort built are really lame I'm sorry but the guy doesn't even show a close up of what he's doing. Dang it you pay almost $2,000 or something you should be able to understand the directions very easily! and that's far no one has responded to any comments of my comments on KZread.

What do i do if too high feed of pellets?

Ours is overloading. It just keeps filling and filling.

@@tarasemansky2137 Yes, I had to go through all the settings and reset them all. It’s working perfectly now. Feed rate, blower and the red. After I did that we haven’t had any more problems.

@@tarasemansky2137 They are AWESOME! He emailed me all the stats on our stove and I spoke to him twice. His name was I believe Michael. Don’t hesitate to call. They were so nice. First we completely disassemble the stove and cleaned it. That wasn’t the problem. It was the settings due to a power failure in our area.. It messed up all the settings.

I'm having problems with my stove it drops more pellets than it can burn therefore the flame is all over the place and pot is full any ideas

So this recently happened to me. So I replaced the circuit board today in the back and it works perfectly now. I got it on Amazon for 249 plus tax and shipping it was 278. Thats the only downfall there expensive but that's as cheap as I could find it. Hope this helps

Mine is that the pellet loading lid position switch seems to be adjusted wrong as it *barely* engages with the lid fully closed, you have to push down on the lid once closed to hear the switch click. Kind of annoying since the stove puts a restart in a 30 minute penalty box no matter what the fault. I would love to know how to override that as it triggers in conditions where it isn't warranted.

DEAD,DEAD,DEAD..I have Enviro Empress FS, my combustion fan stopped working. While I was troubleshooting I popped the circuit board, changed the fuse…nothing. I order a circuit breaker but no juice. I tried what you said about disconnecting all the motors then adding them back no juice at all. I have been a pellet stove user for 10 yrs and this is the first time this as happened. Maybe I need a new wire harass or Do you think they sent me a bad circuit board..is there anyway of testing any thing. Nothing is working😮
