Bocelli performed a free concert on Central Park's Great Lawn on September 15, 2011 with the New York Philharmonic, conducted by Alan Gilbert. Joining Andrea on stage was Celine Dion, Tony Bennett, Chris Botti, David Foster, Ana Maria Martinez, Pretty Yende, Nicola Benedetti, Bryn Terfel, and Andrea Griminelli, as well as the Westminster Symphonic Choir directed by Joe Miller. Over 70,000 people were in attendance.
