Unfortunately I don't give sizing advise based on height and weight. As 2 people can weight the same but look completely different. Different builds, frames, etc. The best advice I can give on these shorts is that whatever your true to size is go down 1 size.

Just go 1 size down from your normal size.

I’m in the same boat as you, I usually get large with Nike, but how does the waist fit with getting a medium in essentials? I know the leg length and thigh width will be fine but I don’t want the waist too tight.

It won't be tight trust me. A size Medium is a size Large in Essentials shorts. Trust

Keep in mind @kickmemes20 said he has big thighs and that's why he chose Large. If you don't have the same built as him the shorts will be pretty wide if you go your "normal" size. Trust me. I've been buying essentials since the FOG days

Go with a small. Also, these shorts will stretch overtime as well so if you are concerned that they will be too small don't worry about that but in your case small is good.

I normal wear a Large on other brands but on Essentials I wear a Medium even The Core drop. 2 sizes down would look funny

@jayden_2831. My best recommendation is to size down one size from your Natural true to size in other brands. If you wear a Small for example in Nike then you might want to get XS. This rule applies for the majority of their clothes. Tees included. Hope that helps and thank you for watching.

This color per the label is called just oatmeal. But in reality is light oatmeal because it matches my other light oatmeal pieces. In this drop they decided to just name it oatmeal which can be confusing per the past drops. Hope that helps lol

If we are talking about these shorts get a Large for the same fit as you see wearing in the video. Keep in mind recent releases fit even bigger.

Did the old shorts have the drop crotch? I notice these shorts have a huge drop crotch. It makes me feel like I am wearing a diaper.

35$ ain’t that bad for some name brand shorts.

I really wish they weren’t so baggy. You can fit three legs in there. Probably have to get mine tailored short baggy shorts aint it.

Depending on the drop they will be more baggy than others. The more recent ones are more baggy which I am not a fan of. As long as you size down from your regular size in other brands you should be fine. Thanks for watching

Yeah legs are wider than other releases and of course a more drop crotch. Lengthwise they are a tad longer than other releases as well. I like how they look on me but everyone has a different taste, feel me. Thanks for watching broski!
