Shades are different for all of those they have slight differences. Grey is more charcoal while oatmeal is more heathered grey

Honestly, I recommend you a medium. I am 5'5". I did the mistake of not doing the research if the clothing will fit or not, and nope. It's a little big big from the sleeves, but it fits perfect around my torso

Yeah the items are unisex so the section you pick it up from wont change the sizing

I would go with an xs. I have a core collection hoodie and it fits me like a big medium and I have a applique logo crewneck from a past season that is size xs that fits like a really big medium (almost like a large). (I am also around 58kg and 5”8)
