FBI & Colorado Springs Police Sued for Targeting & Spying on Racial Justice Protesters

The American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado has sued the FBI, the Colorado Springs Police Department and local officers for illegally spying on local activist Jacqueline "Jax" Armendariz Unzueta and the Chinook Center, a community organizing hub in Colorado Springs. "This was one of the worst moments of my life," says Unzueta, who describes the investigation by law enforcement as "incredibly invasive." The lawsuit accuses the agencies of "unconstitutional and invasive search and seizure of the phones, computers, devices, and private chats of people and groups whose message the Colorado Springs Police Department dislikes." This comes after revelations the FBI had infiltrated the Chinook Center by sending an undercover police detective named April Rogers to volunteer at the center in 2020, first exposed by the investigative reporter Trevor Aaronson, who writes for The Intercept and created the Alphabet Boys podcast. "For more than a year, she was undercover for the FBI," says Aaronson, who reports the officer, who used the name Chelsie, surveilled the Chinook Center and unsuccessfully attempted to entrap local activists in gun-running conspiracies. This was part of a broader FBI effort to infiltrate racial justice and left-wing groups in Colorado after the police killing of George Floyd.
This is an extended version of the interview that aired on television.

The system will always fail to serve people which is not built for the protection of the people. A police state never promotes constitutional rights in any democracy. Double negativity in all cases doesn't produce positivity of any kind in the most of cases.

Protests were legal. Rioting was illegal. Bombing crowded restaurants, bombing movie theaters, bombing police stations, bombing federal buildings, assassinating random cops, that was illegal. That happened though. -Protesters- *Revolutionaries* set over 1700 bombs in 1972. In a single eighteen-month period during 1971 and 1972 the FBI counted an amazing 2,500 bombings on American soil, almost five a day. THE PRESIDENT asked the FBI to cause this to stop. Eventually, 3 or 4 killed themselves trying to build bombs. In the days following the explosion, police found 57 sticks of dynamite, four completed bombs, detonators, timing devices, and other bomb-making equipment. Imagine what China would do to people who committed bombings. You don't have to. The Uighur people are in _collective punishment_ and forced anti-Islam indoctrination, for bombings committed by a few. Weather Underground in the US was mostly let go and allowed to move on to become TEACHERS of youth.

We started out as a constitutional republic, so we at least have a legal framework to reference. Which just shows how substantially they have whittled away our rights, freedoms, economic opportunity and wealth, which are supposed to be afforded to us as citizens. We started out with Allodial property rights. They envisioned the home/land owning citizen as being like a miniature king of a miniature domain. There are still some aspects of common law stemming from this. When the dollar loses another half of its value in 10 years, people are going to be begging for socialism to take care of them because they're going to be so poor, and they won't own anything themselves anyway. And none of this will have been an accident. The WEF, the UN and the 5 Eyes countries are all racing to create a Feudalist surveillance state with digital money they can turn off anytime you try to protest your government or commit some other "disinformation" thought-crime online. They want us all toiling away on their plantations (corporations) and we'll all rent our crappy apartments from the wealthy land owners. And they're going to give us free crappy government healthcare, and free crappy government educations. But just barely enough to keep us healthy and productive slaves.... That's Feudalism... Conversely, imagine a currency that didn't inflate, or actually grew in value. Both of those things are just as real as inflation is. But in deflation its the wage workers who get richer, and that's a problem for the ruling elites. And since they control the money printer, they simply print up a bunch of money for free, give it to their own friends and family in banking and in Defense, and they use it to buy tangible things like land, gold, businesses, materials etc. Things that can't lose value from inflation. And after they spend it all back into the economy, that's when it inflates and falls in value. So in the most literal sense possible, they have been stealing BILLIONS, of dollars from all of us, every year, in what has been the largest transfer of wealth in human history. They call inflation the "hidden tax" because the ignorant population doesn't understand how it works or why it matters. None of this stuff is even a secret, but they deliberately don't teach us monetary policy in school, and 99% of people don't know where dollars actually come from, who owns them, or why our government has to pay interest on them. If people just knew this, we would have a new government by the end of the year. At least people like Trump and RFK Jr are starting to talk a little bit about how the dollar system has turned the middle class into the poor and lower class, and everything they lost was transferred to the top 1% ... But it's not enough, we need to speak up too.

The lawlessness in these law enforcement agencies is out of control. These institutions violate laws that they are supposed to enforce without any consequences. The integrity of enforcement agencies has erroded due to lack of accountability, transparency, corruption, injustice, and violation of laws and policies. These law enforcement agencies have significantly contributed to the destabilization and demise of the country and the world, causing social disfunction of the society. Every american should be outraged by what the institutions are doing to the society. Why exactly does your society need law enforcement agencies like FBI, CIA, DEA, SSS and Dept of Homeland Security? They create chaos for society rather than keep people safe. This is absolutely dispeacable and disgusting that government agencies are looking to intentionally entrap, falsely criminalize, incarcerate and possibly kill citizens. SICKENING....

This was my thought as well.. But really, all this means is that the government is obviously working both sides in order to intentionally stir up a divide amongst the people.. Seems to be working very well considering the people have found agents infiltrating both sides, but still revert back to tribalism. As Trump once said "They aren't after me, they're after YOU" he wasn't lying. Doesn't matter if it's Trumps classified documents or Bidens classified documents, neither will ever really be held accountable.. It's all theater, meant to encourage more and more tribalism. Both Biden and Trumps image will be sacrificed when it's all over. They will be used as scapegoats on both sides of the aisle, and everything that's happened will be swept under the rug.

@@joshuastanton6731 We did start out as a government for the people, so we at least have a legal framework to reference.
