The late David Kelly (1929-2012) who played O'Reilly the Irish builder in FloweryTwats. Classic episode. 👍
After watching other videos from this uploader, I suggest you check the authenticity of everything he has to say. Sometimes the "dead" people are not even dead, and he thinks that The Vicar of Dibley was set not in Dibley but (and I quote) "...the fictitious village of Oxfordshire" Qué?
I love 'Faulty Towers'. I think it's one of the funniest shows of all time.

I still own it. Watched it about 10 days ago all the way through. It's about 6 hours in total length. I can binge it in a single sitting whilst playing a video game on the other monitor. Which I like to do with Fawlty Towers maybe twice a year.
It’s always the Major or Basil for me.
Great video. I watched Faulty Towers on PBS on and off for many years. I now have the complete series on box set which makes it easy to have a good laugh at anytime. The one thing in the show that always made me laugh uncontrollably was the way Sybil was always on the phone constantly saying "oh I know" over and over again...and the letters on the sign at the start of the show always being rearranged to say different things, sometimes a little nasty...brilliant.

I think it was the third time around that I actually read the sign and then enjoyed reading it

We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great week!
I saw John Cleese was in this video and was like wtf with the title of the video lol
Nice work 👏 Subscribed.
My favorite was the Major, the episode where he thought the Moose head was speaking to him was brilliant.
Gilly Flower was in Steptoe and son also.
that is a very hard questi0n love them all ,love watching reruns
Prunella Scales will always be best known, at least by me, as Miss Elizabeth Mapp in the 1986 production of Mapp & Lucia. Such a wonderful performance.
Great documentary. Something you can trust instead of many other false stories presented on youtube lately.

Unfortunately, these stories are also frequently incorrect. After watching other videos from this uploader, I suggest you check the authenticity of everything he has to say. Well, if course Manuel, but, I lusted after Connie Booth, I ain't gonna lie, she was (and remains) gorgeous.

'Members Who Have Sadly Died' - do any members happily die?

You beat me to it. Not “members who have sadly died’ - ‘members who, sadly, have died”.
Andrew was also in episode of rising damp
Brian was in episode of 2 point 4 childern
I never knew the Majors surname.. I don't recall it ever being mentioned in the show it was always good morning or good evening major
Narration & pronunciation could be better. All sadly missed but poor Brian Hall dying so young. R.I.P. all of you.
My favorite? Polly, in her green sweater. Priceless!

My favourite character from the show... Being as You asked.. Would have to be the main character Basil Fawlty.. Followed by Manwell.. The major.. Polly and then Sybil.. But they were all good.. It was a brilliant show.. Excellent scriptwriting

Favorite character had to be the Pedigree Siberian Hamster Only one in shop 5£
why is Basil listed here? the title days ''died'' ???
Ummm Connie Booth is still alive . Connie Booth (born 2 December 1940[1][a]) is an American actress and writer. She has appeared in several British television programmes and films, including her role as Polly Sherman on BBC Two's Fawlty Towers, which she co-wrote with her then-husband John Cleese. In 1995 she quit acting and worked as a psychotherapist until her retirement.
John Cleese born in Weston-Super-Mare, not Western .
Damn click bait so is Prunella Scales
I like Sybil and polly that it
Qué ... !?. 😂
Nowadays the show would be accused of BlackFace.....Mad
Hilarious show (and rest in peace to the actors/actresses)...but boy, do I hate this horrible see-sawing pseudo-journalist-style VO on this vid. Just read it in a normal voice, fer cryin' out loud...
What a stupid expression - people don't "Sadly die" ending their lives with a split infinitive THEY DIE!
Good acter
