Absolute brilliance to this day. How John and Connie only made 12 episodes was such a wise choice. Better to make 12 of greatness than 250 of lackluster quality. A few current film and tv makers could learn from this.

When I was a little kid in the 80s, in America, we have public broadcasting station. Which played tons of English shows. I remember watching fawlty towers and laughing for hours. I’m 49 and to this day I still watch whenever I can. When I was 19 I finally had a chance to go to England and it’s my favorite place that I’ve ever traveled to. Made friends there over the years and still visit every two years. I liked it so much there’s no reason for me to go anywhere else.

Absolute brilliance to this day. How John and Connie only made 12 episodes was such a wise choice. Better to make 12 of greatness than 250 of lackluster quality. A few current film and tv makers could learn from this.
