*This father's dedication to improving his health and becoming a better role model for his family is truly inspiring. His journey shows that with determination and support, anything is possible. Hats off to him!*
Man he even looks younger!!! What a great story.
This is the most honest report of weight loss. "It's takes months and years," ❤

Yes, but he did have about 250 pounds to lose and that’s why it took so long. Most people don’t have that much to lose, so won’t take nearly as long.

It doesn’t take years to lose weight if you have less than 30 lbs to lose. This man was obese and had 250 lbs to lose. If you only have 10 lbs to lose and it takes you years then you’re really lazy

@@CrystallyLavender it could actually take that long, regardless of the amount of weight. I struggled with weight loss for years until I finally found a solution that targets weight loss in 5 different ways. In less than 3 months, I lost 42 pounds
Congratulations on your weight loss! My husband went through the same thing as you, he weighed 426 lbs and got diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic a little over two years ago. He's lost 175 lbs since then. It takes a lot of willpower to make such a massive change! Keep up the good work!

Thank you! It was the same as Bayar, cutting out all the sugar. We worked with a dietician to get an idea what foods to avoid.

How did you even find someone like that attractive? Just curious

You are an amazing father sir. You not only changed your life, you changed your families lives. You inspire others by sharing your story. Godspeed to you 🙏
So happy for you Bayar!!! Absolutely amazing job and I love your great positive down-to-earth attitude 👏💪🙌
What a gift you have given your family. Way to go Bayar!!
From a father to another, im going through the same thing as we speak. I let myself go, i too have high blood pressure and diabetes, im just hoping with dedication and commitment to my self and to my children, i can conquer myself as you did, there are tough days, where i cant find it in me to move, constant anxieties about everything. I just hope that prayer and movement will help me. Thank you for the inspiration. I want to see my kids grow and be able to hang around with my grandkids in the future.
What an amazing journey and an inspiration for many going through similar challenges. Kudos!
Absolutely amazing transformation 🙏 well done my friend..such sound advice about doing things slowly..I’ve lost over 65lbs slowly in 3 years through intermittent fasting and followed a plant based diet..I started doing 12 hrs fasting a day, then 13, 14, 15..etc it up to now 18-20 hrs a day..gradually cut out sugar and reduced oily/fried food..I eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, lentils, beans, grains, seeds, salads. Go walking regularly and meditation..I will never go back to my fatty ways 😮

Well done, Bayar. You look amazing and, more importantly, you feel better. Being able to inspire your children to be healthy is a great by-product of your weight loss. Congratulations on completing a triathlon and good luck for the big one you're training for.
Great work so proud of this guy.
What a amazing story.
How wonderful for you and your family .God is good !
Any1 who has been fat and then got into shape will testify that its the best feeling ever and you would not give it up for anything Money, clothes , cars mean nothing when your not happy with what you see in the mirror everyday Being in shape is a way that everyone can feel amazing thats why its horrible that people are being told to stay fat under the name of body positivity If you really want to feel positive and have good mental health, then get into good shape and you will have it all
Incredible weight loss! He's such a karate master after fighting all those diseases!
Cutting sugar alcohol carbs juices smoothies etc makes a big difference
Good on you big man! Your kids and wife need you. You extended your life!
He looks great! So many parents and spouses dont understand that letting yourself go is not only a disservice to.your children and spouse but also a disservice to yourself. Good for him!!
Congratulations! What an inspiration! GB ! 👏👏👏👊
Respect to this guy, an underdog! Motivating his kids and telling the truth about how being fat erodes your mental health and self-esteem. Taking care of his family like a champ!

Congratulations sir and family.
He looks amazing 😮. Good for you 🎉🎉🎉
What truly amazing is that his wife still stick around. I wish i have one, or i wish my current one is the one.
Little by little is the correct way to do it. That's the way I did it, and it's the most sustainable way to get started and stick to a new lifestyle--plus eating in a way you'll actually be able to eat for the rest of your life, maybe not the amounts, because eventually, you'll eat more to sustain your weight, but at least the types of foods you eat should be sustainable... almost no one can mentally survive only eating rice, grilled chicken and broccoli for the rest of their lives... or only shakes, or whatever strict as heck diets are out there that will only lead to eventual failure. Personally, I actually enjoy my diet... I eat a lot of the foods I used to eat before anyhow, I just cut out carbs and sugars which I had an addiction to and had a hard time controlling my intake of them. It was really hard for the first month or two--I used to literally go to the store and just stare at Oreo Cookies for like 5 minutes, not joking I would visit snacks in the store... so like I said, it was hard but not impossible. I know if I'd gone straight into the strict diet and cut everything off cold turkey I would have failed after a couple of months. Now 7 months in and I'm down around 77 lbs, from 299 to 222, have greatly improved my mental and physical health and have no regrets. Congrats to this guy for loving himself enough to make a change for himself and for his family. P.S.: The nap thing is so true. I used to nap for like 2-3 hours in the middle of the day because my anxiety kept me up at night... but I barely do that now. I've literally taken a handful of naps in the last 7 months when I'm tired because I actually did something worth getting tired over... instead of the almost daily ones I took before.
See folks....it can be done if you really want to see a change in yourself.
Incredible work sir👏👏👏💪💪💪👍👍👍

Is it just me, or does he look MUCH younger? Usually, when morbidly obese people lose hundreds of pounds, then end up looking much OLDER. Well, good for him anyway. And congrats.

A diet is just code for a time when you eat food you dislike and still feel hungry.
He went from Fat to Phat! Great job sir!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I encourage everyone please loose weight Woman or Man just do it it going to help you a lot
I crave carbs idk wat to do
I used to consume about 700 grams of sugar per day, I craved it so badly that I would get a soda within 5 minutes of waking up in the morning and I would keep drinking soda all day. I finally did a water fast for 72 hours and my sugar cravings were gone. I lost 35 pounds in the first month and 105 pounds in 4 months to reach my ideal weight
I lost 75 pounds in 4 months

My man…
Losing weight was never easy for me. I tried almost everything but failed. Maybe some appetite killers might help me because I couldn't stand the feeling of hunger as I reduce meal or diet.
Is he from Thailand?

I think he’s from Mongolia
Excessive intake of sugar is bad
For me it's not so much about the number on da scale, but it's more about your physic & how u look rather dan wat u weigh. Cz if u look gud, u feel gud!
I had a feeling bro was Mongolian 😅
This guy is probably from Mongolia.
I was obese and could not lose any weight and an actual miracle happened my boyfriend broke up with me 😅 i was actually devastated but that's what motivated me to do anything until i was no longer obese and nothing worked until i found such an amazing supplement that did magic
Ever since I have taken up my favorite hobby I had noticed no cravings for sugar. I was gobbling up sugar because I was bored.
You didn’t allow him to explain how he did it.
80% of your weight loss is due to diet; it's good that he is doing strength training but most people should recognize that it's the diet that is the most important, plus weight training as a side.
