I really like your tier lists, even though they are hours long it doesn't feel like it because they are so fun to watch.

These tier lists are always fun to watch while playing fgo, so of course I watch them to the end =)

Merlin cc on Arjuna Alter is so good. I have been using it ever since i got it. Love the video !

You actually missed something for the Immobilize Immune. Immobilize Immune also prevents card sealing. In 5.5 the final boss card seals you and the Mirror CC actually defends against Card Seal. It also works against petrify -which isnt common- so it's more like Stun Immune+

This is a really solid list imo. I think the 15% quick crit CC probably should have been a half tier lower than the 15% buster crit one, since the 20% ones were separate.

For Glitter and Crest of Humanity, you really need to have your Meta/Min-Max-Math on point. Servant base Star Gen Rate, buffs, hit counts, and Arts (fixed), Buster (1st/2nd/3rd), Quick (1/2/3) card-types have separate values, examples: Caster Gil: Buster Card with Crest drops 3 stars regardless of placement but with Glitter drops 3 stars only if 3rd, and a whopping NINE STARS with King's Return. Abby: on Arts goes from 0 to 2 stars (always round down) with either Glitter or Crest, so just use Glitter. Chloe: the reason she's really amazing, has 5-hit arts cards and with Crest goes from 0 to 2 stars regardless of card placement due to being Arts. So to say, "it only has value on an Assassin's quick" is untrue, in many cases you may only get +0 or +1 star. Use: Card Stars = Hits * ((Star gen) + (CommandCode) + *Card-type Star Value) + (Skills))

Always good to see u keeping ur tiers list game up Since i rolled for CHADOrion i think im gonna use Mage of Flowers on the Arts one and then Mistress of the Heaven and other Card's Critical Strength up ones in the other cards, what do u think? would it be an overkill of critical strength since he already have a ton by himself?

Really nice breakdown! CCs are really a tricky subject (less so once Anni 5 hits, thankfully), and there's some great advice in here. The one CC I think you're underestimating is Crest of the Stone Bird. Not because the numbers are impressive (they're not), but because it's one of the few CCs that lets a Support pass a damage buff to the rest of the party. E.g. it's probably best-in-slot on Merlin's Buster, which is where I have mine; you already often want to lead the chain with it to pass the Buster first-card bonus onto your damage dealer(s), so giving them an extra crit buff is great. Granted most of its appeal comes from there just not being many CCs that do what it does. (The 8% Da Vinki CC comes to mind.) But it's still quite nice.

I agree, for any Buster Crit support servant (Merlin/Himiko)

The NP damage one fits for arts card in quick servants, probably ST, were depending on the options many times you're fine with an ANQE to get extra refund on the buffed quick.

There should be a crazy exodia type cc series, that makes you get all the buffs in like 2 turns or something, it'd be cool

1 Debuff clean is easily EX because it's 3 star, versatile af and you can buy it from shop anytime, in comparison we have 5 star bunnytoria which is limited, have a bad effect and it's limited.

the arts +20% crit one was the best of it's type since there's no 25% arts crit damage cc yet so it should be placed higher than the buster and quick 20% ones until a 25% one comes out.

I put a CC that boosts his healing on his arts card to make his 3rd skill have slightly more effective healing on that turn

My only major disagreement would be the heal one, in team you aren't likely to get the same card before it comes of cool down due to how deck shuffle works and in solo it really starts adding up overtime, also with Tam combo it can get up to 2k. There are numerous solos it enables that would be otherwise impossible

CCs can be very interesting when trying to optimize various servants' deck. I have been thinking about King Hassan's deck but I'm not sure what do with it. Here's my current plan (no honey lake CE planned): B1 - Endowed Hero (3 Stars and 200 Heal) B2 - Blades of Niten Dōraku (20% Crit dmg) B3 - Maiden of Orléans (1000 Heal every 3 turns) A - Crest of Titan's Pit (5% NP generation up) Q - Mini Cu-chan (Remove Crit Chance up from enemy, 5% Crit dmg)

Personally I don't think crit focus is the best option for Gramps but that selection is still not bad by any means.

@@aizeroth8858 I would probably mostly recommend situational utility and or healing. For instance the 5* tamamo one is alright on him to make his 2nd skill heal for 3750, SSR gil one is just always strong on any dps buster, and possibly absorb for his Arts card which can generate a ton of NP if it crits (especially overkill).

5% np gen on a summer musashi arts card. her arts cards gen massive np with skill 2 up so the 5% actually means something, because she's a berserker she can't really benefit from gather up so it's not bad on her as a substitute.

I said it during most of the burn placements that I understand if someone wants to place all the burn CCs really high due to it, but I only placed them higher than the other dot ones mostly because it's still a limited 5 star CE. And many (if not most) events have Damage CEs anyway so those already would be the go to choice. The honey lake combo would mainly be for story fights so that in combination of the CE being rare is why I chose these placements.

A dumb question can somebody tell me how those Fou Prints actualy affects the CC effects? I got Ishtar one with gives 25% buster crit & maxed @500 i don't see any difference vs a non lvl up one😅?

Fou prints increase damage of your respective command card, not improve the effect of CC. Well for example, if your servant has 10k attack stat and you max fou a command card, that card will hit like your servant has 11k attack stat

I think royal bunny has use. But it really suck. I put on voyager buster then go np go art. It will guarantee land effect for damage. If it get buster up. It use right when it land. And so after. So i think it had requirement to had np art or quick if had only one buster it will get higher chance to see another color. My ideal deck for this is qaaab with q np (no one) or qqqab with a np (only one is phantom opera so no). But consider triple art will had shitty np gen and triple q with had low star gen (with hit count or star rate) so qqaab with q or a np is better. I think it won't be much different but np tend to give more star so i prefer q np. It can be use on deck 2-3 buster too. But you will less likely to get benefit from it. But it must be use on first buster for last card damage. In conclusion. cardB np(A/Q) card(Q/A) is how to use it for me.

Or use in the most manipulate way by check hit count on first card and reset game to make second and last card get most effective in same way how critical occur calculate. It cruelty specific so it use in challenge to make more star or np. (Maybe you get one more star or two percent of np that you really need who's know) So this card never meant for damage. But well. It rng.

From my relatively new experiece, low rank ones drop occasionally from Friend Point Gacha. And higher level ones from events. The Christmas event right around the corner has 3.

the anti male cc is better than the anti female one because there are more anti male servants (orion, euryale, tama lancer, medb, yu mei ren lancer) than anti female ones (Jack, carmilla)

Yeah but that's kinda irrelevant. The CC will only be additive for those as the same effect doesnt multiple whereas those enemies are insanely common so it's a NEW type of buff for everyone else. That's why it's kinda silly when I see ppl running art of death on Okada just because he already has anti-humanoid on his kit, ironically it's more effective on anyone else BUT him lol. You can still obviously use them like that but yeah, in these cases the enemies are so common you dont need that in your baseline kit.

Wtf lol. Were did all these command codes come from? How did I miss so many?

A lot of them are still in JP only for now, this includes everything up to NA and 2 years past the current point for future reference, all the way to Nov 2023

If "15% Crit Damage up for this buster card only" B-tier, then how is "15% Crit Damage up for the entire party 1 time" a D+ tier??? The party one is better in literally every way! Put it on a Buster card and you get the same effect PLUS the party stuff! Even on a brave chain, if that buster card doesn't crit, one of the next cards might and get the bonus!

This begs the question, is the buff applied before the card deals damage or after? If it is before then yes it is a strict upgrade from the plain 15%. If it doesn't... then Myst's ranking is right.

@@aizeroth8858 Debuffs are applied before damage, I use them on Godjuna's busters to great effect, so I'd imagine buffs do as well.

@@thewhyzer Damn I just tested it out (the 5% party crit one I mean) and it applies before damage. This actually makes the 15% one really good. Even the 5% aint that terrible on someone like Jack. I'm actually gonna use it now on her lol.

@@MystFGO @Aizeroth One question remains (for me anyway) - is the "party buff" used up after 1 crit from anyone, or do all 3 Servants get individual 1-time crit buffs for that turn? For example, if all 3 Servants attack and crit that round, and the command code is on the first card, will all 3 attacks get the 15% crit damage boost?

Why did the anti-saber go above anti-male? Male enemies are much more common.

I disagree with your take on 11:30. Quick cards barely benefit from 20% star gen, since for them it starts at a 100% rate and goes up to 200% without any Quick buffs. For buster and arts cards, on the other hand, it effectively doubles star gen. Granted, most arts cards have shit hitcounts (Chloe is like the most notable exception) since hitcounts are also tied with NP gen, and balancing NP gen forces most of the arts cards to hit twice/thrice. Buster cards, on the other hand, aren't tied by NP gen, so they get to have stupid hit numbers on some servants, like Berserker/Avenger Nobu, Kerry, both Gilgameshes, etc. So I think it's better to put this one on the high hit buster card, preferrably on servant with a gorilla deck.

Buster cards by themselves generate 10-20%, plus servants base value is about 10% (unless they are assassins, which usually have 20-30% base value, and ~10% more from presence concealement, but let's ignore that). Adding another 20% does boost star gen value from ~25% to ~45%, which is about twice as much.

Quick cards don't start at 100% star drop rate though, they go from 80% - 180%. A servant's base value and passives can put them above 100, but not always. That little extra to make the stars guaranteed can be very valuable.

This. Putting them on an assassin's quick card sounds like a total waste; they've already got really high generation, an additional 20% is negligible. You'll maybe get an extra star that you'd have missed out on here and there, but not much, especially on assassins that naturally cap out on star generation with a basic quick performance CE. On high hitcount B and A cards though they're nice noticeable bonuses, 2 or 3 stars usually. Some personal examples are a Crest of Humanity Buster for Summer BB and a Glitter Arts for Summer Nero. That's a 5 hit and 6 hit card respectively. Summer Nero's going from 6 rolls of an 11% chance to generate a star, to 6 attempts at a 31% chance. For BB you're jumping from 5 rolls of 25%/35% to 5 of 55%/65%. In contrast, if you put a glitter on Jack's quick cards for example, assuming you don't already naturally cap out Jack's star generation for that card somehow, you'd be getting about as many stars from glitter's effect as you would if you put it on Jalter's busters. But of course they're free CCs, so you don't have to worry about using them carefully or efficiently. May as well put 'em on every high hit card you can.

Lmao the chat listening to rickroll gurenge in the bg. Also I think saber class cc one should be in A+ instead of EX. Because the other cc in EX tier transcend class types and give just as huge buffs if not more. So not like it's bad but compare to the other CC in EX tier, it's kinda weaker.

That's fair but I still feel like a CC that you can use on literally any Archer, Berserker and many Extra class dps is still super super common so I'm sticking with my placement. It's not even just against Saber servants but rather ALL Saber enemies and it's a very common class to see around.
